My Hero Academia- Thunderstorm

6 Class 1-A

I leave the house in a hurry because I woke up late. Dammit dad you couldn't wake me up on my first day. I rushed to class and managed to make it there just before class begins. I opened the door and am presented with a familiar sight. Bakugo with his feet up on his desk while being lectured by Ida. I peer around the classroom and notice that even though that's the same there are other things that aren't. The 20 students that had made up 1-A have been changed to something else. There are still students that have stayed in 1-A like Bakugo, Midoriya, Todoroki, and Jiro, but others that should have been in class 1-B are in 1-A now.

The new roster for 1-A looks like this:

1. Denki Kaminari

2. Toru Hagakure

3. Katsuki Bakugo

4. Izuku Midoriya

5. Momo Yaoyorozu

6. Shoto Todoroki

7. Mika Jiro Jr. (Former Kyoka Jiro)

8. Tenya Ida

9. Ochaco Uraraka

10. Neito Monoma [Copy Quirk] (Former 1-B)

11. Kosei Tsuburaba [Solid Air] (Former 1-B)

12. Fumikage Tokoyami

13. Hanta Sero

14. Eijiro Kirishima

15. Tsuyu Asui

16. Mina Ashido

17. Yuga Aoyama

18. Rikido Sato

19. Mezo Shoji

20. Mirai Otokonoko (???)

I find myself in awe by the amount of familiar faces I'm seeing. Though who is this Mirai Otokonoko and why is he in class 1-A. I must know more about him when the time comes. I can't have him ruin the plot any more than I already have. I find my seat and wait for our teacher to show up. Just like in the anime Aizawa shows up in this long bag while drinking a juice pouch. I always found that really weird for anyone to do, but who am I to judge. He orders us to change into our gym cloths and head into the field.

After everyone arrives Aizawa hits everyone with the knowledge that the weakest link will be expelled from U.A. Everyone starts freaking out and doing their absolute best to pass the exam. Everything is consistent with the anime apart from Neito copying his classmates powers to get a better score. For example, he used Uraraka's gravity powers to score infinity on the ball throw. Midoriya must prove himself to Aizawa just like in the anime and succeed in throwing the ball without wrecking his arm. One thing that bothers me though is the fact that the new guy didn't use his quirk at all and he seems to be the type of person that keeps to himself. As I was lost in thought thinking about our class, Aizawa calls me out to spar with him at the end of class.

Aizawa: "Now listen class, I'm going to show you the difference in skill between a pro hero and students like yourself. Denki here scored 1st place in the exam so he'll make a good example for you all. First one to get a solid hit wins the match."

There's no way I can beat Aizawa as I am now, but that doesn't mean that I won't go down without a fight. I bend down and position myself in a running pose. While down on the floor, I sneakily pick up some dirt to hold in my hands. I dash toward him while lightly activating my quirk. You could see my body giving off electricity as I rushed toward Aizawa. The minute he erases my quirk, I'll be aware and time my attack accordingly. Aizawa doesn't seem to be attacking so I shoot some blue lightning at him to force him to move. He quickly dodges out of the way and finally activates his quirk. The lightning around my body disappears as I come within a few feet of him. Just in case I am constantly trying to activate my quirk, but it's all for naught. Aizawa decides to go on the offensive and starts attacking me. He wraps one of my arms with his scarf and slams my face into the floor. My face hits the floor and I could feel the pain from that attack. Hopefully, Aizawa let his guard down enough when he hit me. I take this opportunity to rush him as fast as I can and throw the dirt into his eyes. Unfortunately, Aizawa seems to have predicted my move since he dodges my throw to the right and punches me in the face.

It's all over now. If this was a game, then Present Mic would've shout "winner" with confetti spraying all over the place.

Aizawa: "Your strategy was a pretty good one if you could act on it, but you were too obvious and slow to finish it. Additionally, you should get more experience in hand to hand combat because you can't rely on your quirk for everything. I hope this shows you all have a long way to go. Don't slack off and do your best. Don't make me regret my decision."

I change into my regular outfit and start to leave school grounds while pondering exactly what's in store for me. Unexpectedly, Jiro comes from behinds me and starts a conversation with me. It seems her sister told her about how I saved her and how she was really lucky I was there at the time. We chat about our first day and we exchange numbers with each other. Overall, it was a pretty good day.
