2 months later Leon arrived the boundary of chaotic lands. From here onwards was infertile and couldn't give birth to intelligent lifeforms. There was only chaotic beast who only acted based on their instincts and eat each other. Furthermore the chaotic mana had mind corroding properties. The chaotic beasts could live there without any problems, the mana there was like air and water to humans.

Leon looked at the chaotic land which he planed to reclaim and pull out the four of order from his spatial bag. The four of order which was like a closed jar with its own ecosystem started inhale the chaotic mana and gave pure four elements aura. It finally showed its real purpose. Leon nodded and entered his carriage then the carriage started move slowly into Leon's soon-to-be fief with the group.

The four of order had a limit and it was 500 kilometers thus making Leon's fief's area 250.000 km2. They could arrive to the point where they would install the four of order in 5 days, so Leon leaved everything to the mercenaries and he closed his eyes to meditate. After he passed the lightning calamity, he noticed that [Life Seed Rebirth Manual] wasn't perfect. It was true that he could make his own body due to the manual but his newly created body was full of impurities. Fortunately he passed through lightning calamity which burned everything aside from the titan parts and gave him opportunity to real rebirth. If he didn't, his mana cultivation would stop at some point and wouldn't progress any further, even though he had the poison pearl which purifies his mana. He could deflect this danger but his spiritual danger was still there. Leon was an impatient man but he couldn't do anything for it at the moment.

The group was steadily continuing its route, sometimes there would be some chaotic beast attack but they would be defeated without any casualty if any strong one were to come, Josh or Roland would handle it. Even though chaotic mana was harmful to humans, meat of chaotic beasts was nutritious and could make warriors stronger. The magus specialized on mana cultivation thus they didn't need to consume it but for warriors it was bountiful feast. So the group would share the meat and hides of the chaotic beasts according to their contribution.

After passing their five days they came to the point where they would build the city. Leon got out of the carriage and looked around for the best place to build his mansion. According to the draft, at the center of the city would be his mansion and the four of order would be stored inside. Leon looked around but he didn't have aesthetic sense so he called over the architect and asked him.

"So, where do you think would be the best place for the mansion?"

"Sir, it doesn't matter that much at this point but, I would chose a place a little bit higher for the viewing the city."

Leon nodded but the architect didn't finished there.

"Sir, it would be best if we scout area and make sure we got the best place for the mansion."

"Okay, then you could ask the mercenaries to protect your teams to prevent from any mishap."

"Yes Sir."

The architect went to talk with the mercenaries. After talking with architect Martin looked towards Leon with a questioning gaze. Leon nodded as answer. Seeing Leon nodded, Martin accepted the proposal. Soon they divided to the groups and each of groups went to different directions but a few of them remained to prepare the campsite. Josh also prepared Leon's tent. After the tent was ready, Leon entered the tent with Josh, Roland and Rose.

Leon gave each of them spatial bags and filled them with what they would need. In Josh's bag, there was mostly gold coins because he would need a lots of money to manage the territory. In Roland's bag, there was a lot of books about how to intrude an enemy territory and gather intelligence from ruins of the school. The school used a specialized group of people to scout newly discovered world and they would attack important places they discovered to reduce casualties. In Rose's bag, the books about how to manage this organization.

"I gave them to you to prepare yourselves while I'm gone."

Leon told them about his plan to go Undead Empire while they were traveling. So didn't surprised to hear that.

"I will ask the architect about when he come, when the mansion would be completed. If it doesn't take too much time, I'll wait. If it does, I'll leave soon as possible."

After saying that, Leon told them about his plans for the fief. While they were talking, the architect came and said he found a good place for the mansion. Leon wanted to see for himself. Leon followed the architect to the place.

The place that architect chose was a bit higher but not that much also there was a stream flowing 100 meters near it. Leon liked it and asked him when the construction would end. The architect said it would take at least three months to finish the mansion. Hearing that, Leon returned to the tent and started prepare himself for his journey to Undead Empire. He didn't know he would return so he gave Josh a communication crystal. The warriors could wield a bit of mana so using a communication crystal wasn't a problem for Josh.

Leon didn't immediately depart but he slept one night at the tent. At the morning he bought one of the horses from the mercenaries and started his journey to the east. After leaving his instructions there wasn't anything for him to do. He already saw how the construction workers installed the four of order so his fief would be stable.

There wasn't any road for him to follow while he was riding his horse. Because his fief was newly became fertile due to the four order, there wasn't any forest. His fief looking more like a desert but this would gradually would change. While he was riding, he also used a few magic that he learned from the ruins of the school to make forest. Even though he was using magic to speed up the process, there wouldn't be forests that instantaneously sprouting. It would take a few months for them to show up.

Leon could go without sleep for a long time but the horse couldn't so his depart from his fief took around five days. Leon thought it would be a better idea to have a magical beast as a mount. It would take one month to arrive to Undead Empire. If he was lucky he could find an academy to enter and learn their soul cultivation techniques and solve his problem.

As Leon going to Undead Empire, the workers was building his mansion. Josh leaved Roland in the fief and took Rose with him to neighboring fiefs to attract population to the fief and make connections with merchants for food and other necessities.
