Lord Titanheart

55 Second Dungeon

"Caw"

"I know Hermes, you don't have to tell me that you were going to fight, I'm just angry and need to relieve myself." Leon said as they were walking in the cave of the dungeon.

The dungeon which was nearest was Gold Mountain. It wasn't that the mountain was made of gold, it was named such because there were all kinds of ores inside. Further they went, more valuable ores they could find. Leon didn't sell the ores in the alchemist network when he got them, he put them in his spatial bag. He was planning to store them when he got the Mountain of Vulcan, and if his guess was correct, then he would get it when he cleared this dungeon.

Leon didn't have enough mana to produce ores from mana, so they would stay there until he got the power to use the Mountain of Vulcan. He didn't have to gather more of them, he knew that he only needed a bit of them to produce from the books that he read in the library in the fief of the marquis. The four primordial treasures were rare, but it didn't mean that they were unknown. Every world would have four of them, so it was reasonable to say that someone in the system world already had some of them in his or her possession. The power of them also would change depending on the power of the world that gave birth to them. But he was curious why there wasn't any knowledge about the functions of the Scythe of the Reaper, his only guess that it was really powerful, so the ones who got themselves one, didn't want to gather attentions to themselves.

Leon didn't intend to use the scythe as his weapon, but he wanted to use it to forge a spear for himself. Of course after he sucked the death and destruction energy with the energy of the world's egg's life and creation energy. They would lose their functions, but after his spear casted, he would nurture the spear with his mana and the spear would gain their power. It would take some time, but in the end, the spear would be stronger from the scythe and world's egg combined.

When they came to the thirtieth floor, Leon's anger faded and he became calmer. So he told Hermes to his turn to fight. He cawed as response, and got in front of Leon.

Leon was planning to temper Hermes with the fights against the monsters in the dungeon. He also collected the meat of the monsters and put them into Hermes' spatial bag which was sewn to his saddle. He also cooked all of them with the fire, Hermes got used to the cooked meat and didn't want to eat any raw meat. Leon cooked enough meat for him to eat for hundreds of years.

Leon also told Hermes that he shouldn't copy his movements while he was fighting with monsters. Hermes already fought while they were in trials of gods, he even started to improve his movements and making them more like a griffon's attacks, but he still didn't completely throw them aside. He just needed more fighting experience.

Hermes battled and Leon watched him as he killed the monsters. Leon didn't interrupt his battles, he just watched him, he only helped when Hermes was in a pinch. Hermes was getting good at fighting with the monsters, but as he killed and they advanced to the next floor, the monsters were also getting stronger. When they came to the 70th floor, Hermes couldn't even land a hit on the monsters, so Leon started to fight.

The monsters after the 70th floor were strong, but they didn't pose a challenge for Leon. He was already strong when he was conquering the first dungeon and there he reached the perfection of yin&yang stage, even sucked away the foreign wind element, So the monsters in the dungeons weren't a problem for Leon anymore.

When he entered the first dungeon, he was wounded, but this time he didn't even get a scratch. It was clearly shown that Leon was stronger than before. He didn't even need to fully focus on battles, while he was fighting, he was also scanning his eyes and comparing to the eyes of intelligent and monsters to find his eyes nature.

He didn't forget that he gave a mission to himself; First, clear the four great dungeons and get the primordial treasures. Second, create an eye technique which was suitable for him. Third, Get a powerful spear. Fourth, get the license for opening a store in the fief of the marquis.

These four missions weren't going to be a problem for Leon. While he was clearing the dungeons, Theo would gather as much eye techniques as possible and he would also get the license from him. Only the spear was uncertain, he didn't know if Cale could forge a masterpiece.

But aside these missions that he gave himself, there was a big mission that he had to complete no matter what, and that was to solve his problem. The gods hid his soul from the one who did something to him, but they couldn't completely solve it. Even though they said that it would continue to hide his soul as long as he didn't tell the truth, Leon couldn't be sure about that.

It wasn't that they were going to undo the spell, but Leon didn't think that the spell would be casted indefinitely. Even if it was hiding his soul, the spell needed a power source to continue to exist, so Leon didn't know what it was consuming in his body, maybe the gods installed enough energy to run for a while but after that, it would start to weaken and at some point completely disappear.

Leon wasn't sure if the spell was using mana, mental energy or even vital energy, so he decided to strengthen all of them to see which one. At this stage, Leon couldn't even feel the existence of the spell, so the first step was to feel it.

It didn't take too long for Leon and Hermes to get to the last floor of the dungeon. The floors in this dungeon were connected to each other with the caves and they didn't have any doors. But the last floor was different and it had a two-sided stone door.

"Wait for me here Hermes, it wouldn't take long." said Leon and pushed open the stone door and entered the last floor.

When Leon entered the stone door closed and Leon was left alone with the foreign element that was sealed in this dungeon. When Leon "saw" the element, he wasn't surprised as before, he knew that he was "seeing" with the help of the system. But even after he "saw" it, he couldn't discern its attribute. Leon really wanted to create his eye technique and to see what he couldn't without any help after seeing the element.

Leon didn't just look at it and sat down in front of the element, and started to absorb it. He didn't need to know which element it was, he just had to absorb it. After absorbing a bit, he knew that the element was earth element. It wasn't a surprise for Leon, he already guessed that this dungeon would have the sealed foreign earth element.

It took days for Leon to finish absorbing the element, he was tired mentally, but he wasn't tired like before. The absorption might really tempered his mental energy. When he finished the absorption, a notification came from the system which was saying that he half-finished the mission.

Leon looked around a bit and found a chest in a minute. The last floor of this dungeon wasn't big as the previous one, so he didn't waste too much time to find it. Aside from the chest, he didn't find anything, so without doing anything else, Leon opened the chest and looked inside.

Inside of the chest, there was a miniature mountain, but when Leon was trying to take it, it wouldn't budge. Even without looking at with the identification of the system, he knew that it was the Mountain of Vulcan.

Seeing that he couldn't make it move with strength, Leon was surprised. He knew that the treasure would be extraordinary, but he didn't think that he couldn't move it even with his bodily strength. Leon bit his finger and smeared on the mountain and passed his mana through it. When he did that the mountain turned into light and entered his mana pool.

When marked his ownership to the mountain, Leon also learned how to use it. So he grabbed all the ores in his spatial bag and inventory and threw them in the mountain. At first, Leon thought that in order to create ores, the Mountain of Vulcan needed to have the same type of inside of it, but it wasn't the case. If an ore had been inside of the mountain, it didn't need to have inside to produce more of it. The mountain would copy it as soon as it entered and create a something like a blueprint of the ore to produce more of it.

After taking the Mountain of Vulcan, Leon left the dungeon with Hermes to his next dungeon. He already wasted a month when he was coming to this dungeon which was the nearest. So he wasn't planning to waste his time and finish the conquering the dungeons, thus he could get himself a spear and an eye technique.
