3 First Plane
After the doors were fully opened, Hammed passed through the gateway and entered the Throne Hall. Everything in the surroundings had an outstanding aura and exercised great pressure on people that entered, forcing them to kneel.
At the center and most elevated position was the throne. And around it were four seatings at each side. These were the positions of the Great Elders from the clan. They were empty, because the empire was divided in 8 provinces, commanded by them. Also, they were all brothers of the Emperor and Hammed's uncles.
Arriving in front of his father, he bowed respectfully and said
"Hammed greets father!"
Since in his passed life, he was orphan, this "respect your parents" thing was kind of cool for him.
"Good evening son. I summoned you today to gift you something. As known, I grant a Earth Level planet for each son of mine with our bloodline. As your brothers already have theirs, today I finally found one for you too."
"But first, could you display your bloodline powers please?" The Emperor asked.
"Of course father."
"Since apparently theirs no way back to Earth, it better to start adapting to this new life." Hammed thought.
As he finished speaking, his aura started to power up and his eyes became brighter. Then, a strange looking star formed in each pupil, turning his eyes golden color.
"Good, you really have my bloodline flowing through your veins. I hope you can bring great honor for our clan in the future!"
"Certainly father."
After that, the Emperor nodded and a servant entered the room with a little chest. Holding it in his hands, the Emperor opened it and a shiny sphere flew up. Although planets were huge, when they were captured and sealed, they could take any size.
"Go ahead and bound it."
"Yes, thanks father!" After thanking, Hammed seated cross-legged in the floor and started to refine his first planet. Hammed was really grateful to this "father" of his. There were very few ones that had the privilege to start cultivating with a Earth Level planet. Just figures like princes and descendants of wealthy families could afford this.
About half a hour later, Hammed finished bounding the planet as it flew inside his conscience. Then, with a thought, the little sphere appeared in front of him again. As so, the Emperor waved his hand and three books appeared in front of him, floating in the air
"Hammed, now these are some of the most precious treasures of the clan. They are ancient manuals that instruct how to create lifeforms for our planets."
"The clan has lots of manuals, but these ones here are the most valuable. They instruct how to create a Fire Dragon Race, a Lesser Phoenix Race or a Human Race that can evolve. Choose one wisely and dad will imprint the method of creation in your mind."
Therefore, Hammed started to think about his choice. Evidently, the Human Race had the weaker physique, however, they were way more intelligent. Also, all the technology he knew was related to humans, so the Human Race was the most suitable for him.
"Father, I'll choose the Evolving Human Race."
"Okay."
As the Emperor finished speaking, a ray of light formed between his forehead and Hammed's. Seconds later, lots of information regarding how to create humans directly, jumping the evolution process, appeared in Hammed's mind
"Looks like old Darwin was right after all, since even such advanced civilization believes in the evolution theory." Hammed thought.
Finishing the transference process, the Emperor looked at Hammed and said
"Now you shall go back and cultivate properly. Feel free to use the Palace Library to obtain mortal cultivation techniques for your future mortals and elaborate a good Civilization Construction Plan."
"Then I'll be leaving father" Hammed said as he bowed and turned around, heading to the gates.
As his son was almost leaving, the Emperor hesitated a little before saying
"Wait!"
Hearing his father, Hammed turned around and asked
"It their something else father wants to tell me?"
"Yes. In one hundred thousand years from now, the Family Tournament would be taking place here at the Center Palace. I know it's a short time for one's cultivation to increase greatly, but I hope you participate. If you get into top ten, defeating your cousins, father will award you greatly, okay?"
Hearing this, Hammed placed a confidant expression on his face and said
"Be at ease father, I'll certainly not disappoint you!"
Hearing his son declaration and seeing his determination, the Emperor gave a smile and said
"Good, this is how my children should be. You can go now and good luck in your cultivation."
Then, after bowing again, Hammed left the Throne Hall.

After he left the presence of his father, Hammed headed to the library. On his way there, he started to think how to rise a Human Race. Based on the experience from his former life and the novels he read, there already was an outline of what to do in his mind.
However, it was only a few hours since he transcended to this world, and there were lots of things he didn't understand. Therefore, the best way to learn about it was in a library.
...
The doors of the Palace Library were made out of thick golden wood. As for the layout inside, it was built in a cylindric form, and was so big that one could be lost in it for days if not careful. There were all kinds of books in it too, from books about cultivation to books about culinary and strange sports.
The Library itself was a Artifact with conscience. Artifacts were tools used by immortals. They were divided in Common, Spirit, Earth, Heaven and Divine Level. As for this library, it was a least a Heaven Artifact since it had its own consciousness.

After entering, a ancient voice sounded in Hammed's mind
"May I know what the eighth prince came here for?"
"Hi, I want all the books related to rising an Evolving Human Race, mortal cultivation techniques, and books about the geography and history of the North Region and the rest of the universe." Hammed said.
"Okay, please wait a second."
After three seconds, the voice sounded again in his head
"Everything was reunited for you at hall one, please head there."
Hearing that, Hammed walked to hall one as he thought
"What an interesting technology, I wander how does this Artifact works?"

Arriving at hall one, Hammed got in, seated down, and started to read the sea of books present in the room one by one...
