2 Son of Satan
As he took a deep breath, Luci took a leap upwards, taking flight with his wings.
"This is it...!" He cried in astonishment.
"GET BACK HERE!" The voice angrily barked.
"YOU CAN'T RUN FOREVER, SON OF SATAN!"
Just as he touched the portal with the tips of his fingers, Luci's eyes widened.
"Sir?"
"Sir, are you ok?"
Luci heard a concerned voice calling out. He slowly began opening his eyes.
As he did, Luci found himself lying on the ground with a handful of concerned bystanders standing above him.
"We just saw you lying there, we thought you were a goner!" One person cried.
"Oh thank heavens!" Another person exclaimed.
H-Heaven...?
Luci quickly sat up.

"A-Ah are you sure you're able to get around in such condition...?" Someone asked concerned.
"N-Nah I'm fine." Luci smiled, standing up with ease.
"W-wow..." Someone muttered in amazement.
"Thanks for yer help, I'll be on my way now." Luci said, waving as he quickly jogged off.
"What a miraculous recovery..."
As he was wandering the streets, Luci couldn't help but beam.
"What should I do first..." He whispered to himself.
"YOU AGAIN!?" A voice cried out.
Luci's heart sank.
He quickly hid behind the sign of a bar.
As he peaked his head up, he noticed a tiny girl. The girl was wearing basically rags.
"M-mm." She mumbled, looking steadily at the ground.
"How many times do I have to tell you this, ya brat!?" The man cried.
"No more scraps, go find someone else's business to harass!"
Tears trickled to the ground. The girl, defeated turned around and walked away.
Luci watched the girl leave, stunned at the scene.
"Man..." He muttered.
"Not even humans have it easy..."
"Sir...?" The bar owner looked at Luci, who was still hiding behind the sign.
"Y-you didn't see that whole scene just now, did you...?" He chuckled nervously.
Luci looked up at him, then gave a devilish grin.
"Eh?" He grinned.
"To turn a child away like that...how awful!" He cried dramatically.
"Mmm...perhaps some apps on the house would make me forget such a cruel display of daily human interaction...?"
The bartenders eyes widened.
"S-sure, we can...I can do that for ya!" He laughed nervously.
"Why don't you come in while I prepare your food...?"
"Fine by me." Luci said, with a smirk.
