After about 30 minutes of walking and story telling, we finally reached the end of the forest and in front of us there is a giant wall surrounding the kingdom, Astria, they told me that in the journey here. There are a lot of other information that i got from them but i still want to check the library since i lack common knowledge.

On the way Angel cleaned my with her magic, she said that every magician can do this since its a low level magic, i kinda want to learn that. She also gave me a set of clothes, not gonna ask why she have mans clothes inside her storage ring.

We found a line in front of a gate, merchants, adventurers, and more are lining up there waiting to enter the kingdom. We lined up even though both of them are nobles since they didn't like to flaunt their statuses which made me think better of them more.

While waiting we were still chatting to each other which made some of the onlookers gaze upon us, well Aurel and Angel to be precise since they both are beauties in their own way. We waited for around 10 minutes and got into the front of the line, we should've payed fee but the guard seem to know that both of the girls are noble so we got in without paying anything.

When we went inside the kingdom, we bid farewell to each other, they seem like they wanted to chat with me a little longer since my stories are pretty interesting for this world's people, but we each have our own business to attend to so they reluctantly bid farewell to me.

I strolled around for a bit in the kingdom and then asked a man where to find the library, The man then told me that i just need to go straight and i will eventually reached the library, i thanked the man and left to the library.

After 5 minutes of walking and sight seeing, i arrived at the entrance of the library, which was a pretty weird sight, the library is only 1 story tall, i was expecting a big building since library is supposed to have tons of books, well no matter i still need to read books so i just went in.

There was no guard at all inside the library only a receptionist sitting while reading a book, i ignored the receptionist and picked a book from 1 shelf, the book is named History of the world Volume 1, i flipped to the first page and started reading it, when i finished reading the first page i was astonished since i could memorize more than half of the contents in the first page! I guess it's because of my high intelligence. Setting that thought aside i started reading more and more finishing one book after another.

Night soon came and darkness arose, the library is now devoid of customers only Vulop was standing beside a self, immersing himself into the book he is reading, he had read more than 10 books, with his high stats, he could read much much faster than before.

He looked up and realized it is now night time, seeing a new receptionist, he asked her what time the library closed, she answered him with a smile "Its open 24/7 sir", it surprised Vulop, the library opened 24/7, but why.. Getting the answer he needs, he walked up to another shelf while a man wearing a cloak came in and talked with the receptionist.

The man looked shady but it doesn't concern Vulop right now so he didn't care. He continue reading books until he got hungry, right, the pill have lost it's effect making realize that he had been in the library for a whole day and more! With no choice he got out and searched for food while managing what he gained from reading in the library.

This world is controlled by 2 Empires, each empire controls 3 Kingdoms each while the kingdoms controls cities and so on. The empire names are Black and White Empire, it's named that since both empires has always been on war no matter which timezone is it, past, present and maybe the future, like black and white, they both can't coexist with each other.

Each empire tires to conquer the other one with any means necessary since conquering the other one gives the emperor / empress the full control of the entire world, who isn't tempted to get that!

The Astria kingdom he is currently in is in the Black Empire, alongside with the other 2 kingdoms, Regiz Kingdom and Vulcan Kingdom. The White Empire's kingdoms are Holis Kingdom, Mill Kingdom, and Graze Kingdom. All of the kingdom's names are really weird thought Vulop.

Each of the kingdom have 1 Adventurers Guild inside of them while the Empire have the main branch of the Guild controlling the guilds from each kingdom. The guilds are then splitted into 2 parts, Mage and Enhancer, Mage are the ones who control elements at the cost of their mana while Enhancer uses mana to enhance their body, weapon and more. Each have their own advantages and disadvantages.

The world have a system, the Dog Eats Dog system, The strong rules the weak while the weak... well be controlled. Levels almost means everything to this world, the higher level you got, the more respected you are, but there are some exceptions that can beat someone 10-20 levels higher than their own level, like Vulop but weaker since Vulop can pretty much beat someone 200-350 levels higher than him....

In this world, for every 100th level there are bottlenecks meaning needing more Exp to level up but once you surpassed that bottleneck, your power will increase by a lot, sometimes even by two-fold!

Level 1 - 50 : Apprentice Mage / Enhancer

Level 51 - 99 : Novice Mage / Enhancer

Level 100 - 199 : Master Mage / Enhancer

Level 200 - 299 : Grandmaster Mage / Enhancer

Level 300 - 399 : Semi-Legendary Mage / Enhancer

Level 400 - 500 : Legendary Mage / Enhancer

The highest level known in this world is the current Black Empress which is 433, followed up by the current White Emperor , Level 428. These are the highest level someone had ever reached in this world's entire history, this made the entire world think that this era will be the last war of both empires and finally showed the world it's true ruler!

The best weapon in the history of this world is a Low Legendary Grade, the Black Sorcerer, used by the black Empress which means that this world is one of the weak worlds since not even one Mythic weapon appear heck, not even High Legendary Grade!

The rest of the things he obtained from the library is the past wars, world's heroes, and locations. The most useful thing he got from this trip is locations. He got a place on where he could hunt high leveled monsters but sadly its at the border of both White and Black kingdoms which is really far from him, it will take him 7-9 months to get there which is a long time since he only got 1 year!

The place is called Beast's Empire since most of the top leveled monsters resides there, its not a real empire though.

'Well, i will probably ask Angel on how to get there, she should have a way, now i just need to relieve my hunger...'

Strolling around the town, he went and found a restaurant, he didn't know what they were cooking, but it smells so good! He went in and ordered 3 kinds of food, without any worry....

When the food arrived he started gobbling it all up making all sorts of noise, which made all the customers around him look at him , scorning him for eating without manners, he didn't care and just gobbled the food even faster than before.

After 10 minutes of eating, he finally finished all of his food, making his belly big and full, still enjoying the water he got from the waiter, he suddenly remembered a serious problem...
