We arrived at the dining room after around 1 minute of walking, it was a really awkward minute for me... something about her just adds up to the awkwardness. I do manage to get her name though, its Felicia

She opened the door gently and what greeted me was a moderate size rectangular table with several people sitting around it, of course all of them are Stevan, Almira, Aurel and Angel, with a...dog? it kinda looks like a dog but its bigger and somehow cuter. Its currently eating it's dinner at the floor, behind Angel.

I kept staring at the dog since its so cute, i always got a soft-spot for cute things ever since i was little, that's why i'm madly in love with Agnes, she's the epitome of cuteness!

"Vulop, come and sit here and it, stop staring at Angel's dog, you can stare at it all you want later but not now." Stevan said to me, waking me up from my daze, i then walked towards the table with lots of food on top of it and sat beside Angel and Aurel, with my face facing Stevan.

"Come on, lets eat then talk" Stevan said again, after he said that, the 4 of them started taking food from the plates, i followed them and started taking food too, this world surprisingly have rice, which is a must for me!

We ate for around 20 minutes, well, I've done eating at 10 minutes but we were waiting for Angel and Aurel, they eat so slowly, well i can't complaint, i got free housing, delicious food and got to stare at a cute animal, its a really high privilege to be served like this by a noble, i wonder why.

Finally, both Aurel and Angel had finished eating, they both then joined my conversation with Stevan and Almira, while sipping some tea, Oooh fancy.

"So, Vulop, i heard from my daughter that you want to go to the Demon's Empire to become stronger" Stevan suddenly asked in one of our conversation

"Yeah, i need to get back to my wife, she's in a really far away place right no and i need to become strong to be with her again." I answered

"Well, thats good and all, i just want to say that i won't accept someone with more than 1 wife as my son in law!" Stevan said in a somewhat terrifying expression, i was completely off-guard by what Stevan had said, i had no intention of getting any one of the girls to be my partner, Nope, Agnes is more than and always will be enough for me!

"No, no, i'm not interested on taking another women as my wife, just my wife is already enough for my whole life." I said that with a sincere expression, i don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Well i guess i don't, since both Angel and Aurel didn't seem to care.

"Well, that's good, i hope that you will keep your decision forever." After he said that, we continue chatting for about half an hour,out topic varies a lot, changing every 5 minutes or so. It has been over 1 hour ever since i came here, Me, Stevan and Almira have been talking all along, while Aurel and Angel both are having their own conversation while playing with Angel's dog. I kinda envy Angel since she get to have a really cute pet...

"Ok, now i want to talk with Vulop alone, lets call it a day." Stevan then pushed the three of them out of the room and i think he place a soundproof barrier around the room.

"Ok, lets get to the real stuff" Stevan said with a serious expression and gestured me to sit in front of him

"You must be wondering why me, a noble would serve a no-title guy like you, and even if you're a friend of my daughters, i would've just kill you and not serve you. right?" He asked with a serious tone

"Yeah" i answered

"Actually, no, i would really serve you since you're a friend of my daughters, do you know why?"

I thought about it and decided to spill some of the beans "Because both of them have phoenix's bloodline residing inside of them?"

"How did you know!" Stevan asked with an angered and surprised face, he seemingly wanted to just punch me right then and there but hold it off.

"Sorry, but i can't tell you that, but i can tell you that i mean no harm to them." I assured Stevan

"I know, if not i would've just killed you right now, the reason i know is because both of them hold good feelings about you..."

'Huh, why would that matter?' i wanted to ask him, but he already answered first

"You may or may not know this but phoenix descendants are really conservative, they doesn't simply get along with just anyone and when they do get along, no matter what, they'll treasure them forever. Just because of the fact that you SOMEHOW become friends with both of them and to the extent that both of them hugged you by their own will, is a prove that you won't hurt any of my 2 girls.

Aurel may be really active and cheerful at times but its just with the people she's close with, Angel too, her cute and kind side in only revealed when she's close with someone, if not both of them will just show an icy-cold demeanor."

'If they are so conservative, how can i simply get along with both of them just fine, with just a few stories here and there.'

"I don't know how you managed to be so close to both of them in just the span of 2-3 days but i'm sure you won't hurt them so i'll let you be close with them."

I'm interested on how did both Aurel and Angel became Stevan's daughter so i asked him

"I'm pretty sure you're not a phoenix's descendants right? then how come both of your daughters are?"

Stevan had probably predict that this question is gonna pop up, so he explained his backstory....
