In the swamp's underground, Zhi Rui gave each of her men an up and down look. The slaves were wearing their own armor and looked imposing with their menacing gazes.

While Izaya was shirtless, only carrying his hands to battle. Zhun Xuying was in her always elegant white dress. Hilda nonchalantly stood silent in an inconspicuous corner.

Zhi Rui smiled brightly. "Today it's only hunting on our territory, do it cautiously. Any ordinary beast here can kill ten of you if you don't use your head."

The slaves nodded fiercely "YES!" They screamed

Zhi Rui nodded, then squinted a ther most trusted Aides, "You know how the show will play out today?" Zhi Rui asked.

They nodded with assurance.

Without any more ado, Zhi Rui turned and walked out, and was shortly followed by her men.

Zhun Xuying watched Zhi Rui's back with attention as she exited the entrance, seeing as Zhi Rui stopped an looked upwards. Her heart went cold. With a gust of wind Zhun Xuying bolted and stood right beside Zhi Rui.

Izaya and the rest came right after.

Suddenly they stood still, not moving a muscle.

Every genius followed by their level four subordinates wich, in turn, had all the disciples they divided between them. Chao Cheng, An Bai, and Gao Fang had four subordinates of the fourth level each, Bain Bengwas had a man on the fifth level, the only one without any, was Xa DAyu looking down at Zhi Rui with a smile.

'What if they gathered and attacked?' Tha thought passed by the mind of everyone there. and it didn't matter how they thought about it, they'd all die. They even thought that Zhi Rui would be buried along with them, should they ever attack.

In a second, their morale was shaken. such frontline wasn't something they could hope to ever win.

Gao Fang went down to Zhi Rui's level with a polite smile.

"Lady Zhi Rui, you went out in such a hurry yesterday that I hadn't had the time to explain, why we are doing this together. Allow me to explain." He said and started talking on his own.

He spoke of how the Dao protectors weren't allowed to interfere, and that, when one needed help, all others must gather and help, but they'll get ten percent share in whatever the person hunted.

He explained more, and more, and gave Zhi Rui a simple whistle. With his ever polite smile, then he floated back to his Division.

"Then le-"

"Hey, you! You look exceptional and strong, what is Zhi Rui paying you? whatever it is, I can double- no. I can triple it." Bain Bengwasn spoke with a smirk.

He had studied the character of every single one of Zhi Rui's men. and Hilda seemed to be one of the most valuable for him to obtain. He knew the others must be doing the same, albeit, more sneaky but he wanted the golden-haired mixed woman. He knew she was a mercenary and an assassin, both professions involved wealth. She was the most simple to deal with.

Zhi Rui looked at Hilda with an amused grin. "Wha do you think? It's a pretty good deal."

Hilda sighed and shook her head helplessly, whatever that guy was, he'll bring her trouble if he keeps up.

Hilda's feline eyes stared at him in the air with indifference.

"I can follow a dominating and overbearing woman, But I cannot follow a tyrannic, bitter sissy like you."

He froze, He had expected a lot of different scenarios, and rejection was one of them, but a scenario where a mere subordinate spit shit on him!?

Is she crazy!?

Doesn't she like money!?

"How a mere subordinate like you dares to curse at me!? Is it because you're at the fourth level that you think you can just say whatever you want!? I"ll-"

"Bain Bengwan!" Goa Fang yelled.

Bain Bengwas's face turned a complete red. and he swallowed his grievances.

'Truly a sad case of narrow mindedness and insecurity.' Zhi Rui, couldn't help but pity the man as she looked at him almost blowing up from bottled up curses.

Thanks to Hilda, the attack on morale was relieved by a good amount. If they had only turned around and left. the heavy silence would enroot the thought of imminent failure against such strong enemy.

Gao Fang threw Bain Bengwan a stern looked and bid his goodbye.

Bain Bengwan went pale, with Gao fang's disapproving look. Anxiously, he flew to his area to explore. His intention to proving himself through the task was obvious.

Chao Cheng, An Bai, went away too.

The only one left was Xa Dayu. Who stepped down o the floor and showed Zhi Rui some images.

They were images of all around the area they were about to enter into. it showed everything, in colors, just like when she saw the swamp.

"Is this another gift?" Zhi Rui asked.

"No." Xa DAyu answered curtly, then she leaned in closer to Zhi Rui and whispered. "I need three fresh remnant spirits, must be female. must be healthy. Also, I want four kilos of a mature Ying tree."

Zhi Rui frowned. She could understand the leaves but what made the girl think she could ask for fresh remnant spirits?

"What made you so secure, that I won't talk about this request of your to the higher authorities?"

Xa DAyun giggled. "Becuase you're the type of person who would think of it as a good deal." She said it with confidence.

Zhi Rui felt no doubt on her tone. And in fact, she wanted to close the deal right away. But she restrained herself. that girl was acting too nosy and she clearly had some mystical abilities.

Feeling the questions on Zhi Rui's gaze. Xa Dayu spoke.

Feeling no lies or incongruence in her words. Zhi Rui didn't question anymore. regardless of her reasons, she was trying to get closer to Zhi Rui. and it seems she couldn't hide things from her easily. so hse might as well let her close, and discover somethings herself.

Zhi Rui eyed the images given to her and frowned. "There's no yin trees in this area." She said.

Xu Dayu laughed "Oh, that's a fake thing. I'll give you the real one after we shook hands and stablish a karma thread."

Zhi Ru laughed. and extended her hands. After concluding it Zhi Rui looked at the images on her hands, and couldn't help but be happy. Even though the others already explored the are, there's still a lot of hidden treasures.

As Xu Dayun went away, Zhi Rui looked at her intensely. She showed complete disregard for the woman and treated her as a normal person since the moment she first appeared but in her heart, the alarm bells rang nonstop. but to face an enemy she had to know them first. And while she received her information, it only told that she was wasted, that suddenly become a genius and nothing more.

With a heavy heart, Zhi Rui took the lead and went to explore. Soon after collecting some treasure her mind was completely focused on today's issue.

They looked for things all day and t was already eight hours later. There was only night but they still had clocks. The deal was to explore for seven hours, but Zhi Rui purposely stayed behind an hour longer. As the information, she got said the geniuses wouldn't gather until eighth

Feeling it was a time of the gathering in the middle of the area to count their trophies. Zhi Rui's eyes glinted. and she looked at Hilda.

That was the signal.

It was time for the show.
