Dominating Evolution of the Cosmos

125 Inheritance

"Although the Lemurians had used the spiritual evolutionary method, their cell evolution was also very powerful. Only a strong body could bear such strong spiritual powers." Judy looked at Steve with disdain. "Your evolutionary civilization has only been developing for a little more than 2,000 years. As such, it's only in the beginning stages."

She continued to be the bearer of bad news, explaining, "The cells and spiritual powers of a three-year-old Lemurian child are stronger than yours, and you are already 18 years old! So, you can see how poor your qualifications are."

Hearing this, Steve felt as if he had suffered a huge blow. With his speed of evolution, he had been a genius among the human beings. But, he couldn't even be compared to Lemuria's three-year-old children!

"You don't have to feel hurt about it, though. Lemurians were so powerful because the strong genes were passed down from generation to generation. As such, the children would inherit the excellent genes from the previous generation. Hence, they were born stronger," Judy said calmly.

Steve felt better after he heard that. This was normal, after all, as the Lemurians had been developing for hundreds of billions of years! Generation after generation, their excellent genes had undergone constant screenings. So naturally, the genes that were passed on to the children were the best of the best!

The Blue Star Continent had only been developing for about 2,000 years. As such, their genes did not have as lengthy of a heritage as those of the Lemurians. But, if they were to compare them Earth's human beings, the genes of the human beings on Blue Star would be much stronger.

"Then, what should I do now?" Steve inquired.

"Even though you've got the Star of Hope, it doesn't mean that you can raise it. You have to pass my assessment to ensure that you have that potential," Judy said.

"Why? It belongs to me!" Steve demanded to know her reasons.

"No, it's the Lemurians' hope," Judy said.

"No, no, no, you have to understand that the Lemurians have already disappeared. It belongs to me now," Steve said. "You can either cooperate with me to hatch it, or it will be destined to never hatch!"

Judy frowned, then suddenly thought of another way. "Do you want to get the Apollo battleship?"

Steve was instantly tempted, as this was a cosmic battleship after all. "What is so great about the Apollo battleship?" he asked, baiting her.

"When I was awakening, I had tried to contact Blue Star's Lemuria headquarters, but I couldn't get a response. I also could not sense the existence of other spiritual bodies. That is to say, I am the only spiritual body left on Blue Star," Judy said. "This alone ensures me endless wealth."

Steve thought about her words in silence. Judy was right. She now possessed the complete legacy of the Lemuria civilization!

Seeing as how powerful the Lemuria civilization was, if he were to get the inheritance of the Lemuria civilization from Judy, it would be the catalyst to launch a new revolutionary period for the human beings! As for him, he would be able to get countless and unimaginable benefits!

"Tell me your conditions," Steve said.

After all, he knew that there's no such thing as a free meal. Hence, Judy must have had a reason to tempt him with the Apollo battleship.

Judy smiled. In her opinion, the value of the Star of Hope was infinitely more than that of the Apollo battleship.

"Although the Apollo battleship had been destroyed earlier, over the years, the self-repairing system has already repaired 80% of the battleship. As long as you pass my test, the Apollo battleship shall belong to you. At the same time, I will teach you how to hatch the Star of Hope," Judy said.

The seven-colored egg was the hope of Lemuria, which explained its nickname. Back then, the Lemurians had placed all of their hopes on it.

"OK, what tests do you have? Let's start them right now," Steve said straightforwardly. After all, he really wanted to hatch the Star of Hope and get the Apollo battleship.

"There are twelve doors in front of you, each containing a different crystallization of Lemurians' knowledge," Judy said. "I will teach you the Lemurians' spiritual training method. As long as you pass the first door within three days, I will count that as a pass."

Steve was silent for a while, thinking that, if he could attain the Lemurian spiritual training method, it would be a great thing for him.

Boom!

Just then, a spiritual thought rushed into Steve's mind. Steve felt as if his spirit was a ship that was drifting in the sea. Judy's spiritual power was so terrifying, it was as if waves were pounding against him.

"Your spiritual power is too weak." Judy observed him, her eyebrows knitting together.

Right then, Steve realized that a lot of new knowledge had just appeared in his mind. As he navigated through the new information, it took Steve an entire hour! After which, he woke up.

As he did so, his eyes were full of shock. This was because he now finally understood the Ways of Spiritual Training. The source of spiritual power was actually the brain! Specifically, the human brain would try thinking thoughts!

The Lemuria's training method was to constantly unlock the potential of the brain, even allowing the mind to continue evolving. The stronger the mind, the more powerful the thoughts were that the brain emits. Thus, the stronger the spiritual power!

"You are right. The source of the Lemurian's power is the human brain. As such, the brain possesses infinite potential and can bring infinite power to mankind," Judy explained. "The genetic evolution of the Titan clan was the evolution of life as a whole, but it had almost no effects on the evolution of the mind."

She continued to explain. "The Lemurians have discovered from genetic evolution that ordinary genetic evolution allows humans to control powerful forces, but lacks the development of the brain. The human brain is the most outstanding piece of art in the universe, as it has infinite and endless potential. And, humans' imaginations are endless!"

Judy's eyes sparkled with a sense of worship and belief, as she added, "It was the pioneers of the Lemurians, who first discovered that, since human beings have an endless imagination, they should realize them!"

Steve was shocked to hear that. His mind was overwhelmed with thoughts...

What a difficult thing it was to develop the brain, to turn imagination into reality, to influence the real world!

But if it were to be realized, this power would indeed be extremely powerful!

The Lemurians, however, had achieved this by developing the evolution of the brain and promoting the growth of spiritual powers via the method of genetic evolution. Hence, they had accomplished turning the brain's imagination into reality with the use of spiritual powers!

The humans on Blue Star had actually wanted to study the brain, but the human brain was too complex and dangerous. So, in the end, they had no choice but to give up.

As such, Steve began to practice according to the spiritual training methods of the Lemurians, absorbing cosmic force and integrating it into his brain in small increments. The brain was divided into many regions, so in order to promote the evolution of the brain, each region had different ways of integrating the forces.

Unlike genetic evolution, which just required one to constantly absorb cosmic forces to expand and strengthen cells, when the brain absorbed cosmic forces, different regions had different ways of integration, including the integration of information into blood vessels.

This process was extremely complex and extremely dangerous. In fact, if the Lemurians had not studied the brain thoroughly and had practiced it indiscriminately, they would have either turned into fools or died sudden deaths!
