77 Basic Cell Value
The pharmacist certification test was about to begin, and many of the well-known pharmacists at the top of the pharmacist's building were greatly concerned with what was going on below.
"Kenneth, has Mr. Clown arrived yet?" Gaffieldbo, who was sitting at the head of the meeting table, asked Kenneth, who was not far away.
More than a hundred people were in the conference room, all of whom were senior members of the Stanlos Pharmacist Guild. Each of them, except Kenneth, were also D level pharmacists or above. In fact, Kenneth was not even technically eligible to attend such meetings!
Today's meeting had also attracted the greatest amount of attendees in decades. In the past, it was considered good to have half the number of people that had shown today! And, the reason why they were all here was for one person...Clown!
"Mr. Gaffieldbo, at that time, I couldn't recognize him, as he had a mask on. However, his letter of recommendation has my mark on it, so long as you look at the letter of recommendation during the test, you will know who Mr. Clown is," Kenneth said.
"Mr. Kenneth, I have checked all of the letters of recommendation and still haven't found yours," Marie, the secretary next to Gaffieldbo, said.
"Is there a Steve on the list?" Kenneth asked.
"There is no such person on the list," Marie responded again.
"No way! Could he have felt that it was beneath him to become a certified pharmacist?" Kenneth wondered aloud, surprised by the news.
The impact of the Enhanced Subatomic Serum was getting more intense by the moment. As such, many forces in Doyle state and Wander City State were pouring in to find the mysterious clown pharmacist.
Doyle's pharmacist headquarters, in particular, had tasked the Stanlos Base Camp sub guild with finding the clown pharmacist at all costs. Although they knew that the Enhanced Subatomic Serum was not yet ready for mass production, once they found the clown pharmacist, they would be able to put more efforts towards researching the subject, then mass producing it, even if they had to use up all of the resources that they had.
Unfortunately, the clown pharmacist had mysteriously disappeared since the last time they saw him. Until now, only Kenneth, Duncan, Jasmine and two police officers had seen the clown pharmacist in person.
Also, if they had not seen this clown pharmacist with their own eyes via the security cameras at the mall, many people would've thought that Masa Mall was even lying his very existence. Now, the only lead they had was that the clown pharmacist might attend the pharmacist certification.
And, Kenneth had realized that even though the clown pharmacist was young, he was extremely gifted. In fact, one could even go so far as to categorize him as being an absolute genius with weird and unimaginable ideas! Otherwise, it would not be possible for him to have created the Enhanced Subatomic Serum.
"Today, the Enhanced Subatomic Serum is known as the Fantasy Serum. According to examinations, if one was to take it during the Original Beings stage, then the basic value of the cells' combat power could reach 600 and above, this being only a safe estimate," Elder Jay solemnly reported. "So, Mr. Kenneth, you must find Mr. Clown."
Kenneth, with cold sweat on his forehead, kept pulling out his handkerchief to wipe away his sweat. Kenneth could not stand the pressure of being under the gaze of so many important elders. He also had not expected that the Enhanced Subatomic Serum would cause such a huge sensation.
The Doyle Pharmacists Guild had also auctioned off a bottle of Fantasy Serum, which, after having been analyzed and tested in various ways, had yielded a generous amount of data. The level of cell activation reaching 100% was only the doorway to the evolution, which was also known as the Original Beings, which were in the process of evolution. Above that would be the evolved beings.
The Original Being's basic value of cells was 300 points, and in theory, the basic cell value could reach up to 1,000 points. But in fact, the strongest baseline cell value was 900 points.
After the level of cell activation reaches 100%, any serum would be useless to increase a basic cell value of 300 points. Only by self-training or eating the advanced boss meat with a basic cell value of more than 300 points, or even a magical beasts' meat, could one reach more than 400 points. At that point, one would already be a genius, so would be using up lot of resources.
As for the basic cell value of more than 600 points, Stanlos Base Camp had not seen it happen once, even in all of the hundreds of years that it had been established! The highest record so far was a basic cell value of 492.
Thus, achieving a basic cell value of 600 points would take a one in a million genius, even in Doyle. The strongest warrior god had a basic cell value of 900, and other than him, the second-highest warrior god only had a basic cell value of 783.
Now, as long as one took the Enhanced Subatomic Serum over a long period of time, they would be able to reach a basic cell value of 600 eventually. That is to say, in the future, the Blue Star humans would be able to produce a huge amount of geniuses, some of whom could reach more than 700, 800, or even 900 points!
This conclusion caused the whole Pharmacists Guild to go into a frenzy. The so-called geniuses would only be normal people in the future. So, if they were to really achieve this, one could only imagine how many strong and powerful beings would be born! Not to mention outstanding warrior gods!
The impact of all this was unimaginable! It might even be possible to win back Blue Star and expel the aliens! This was exactly why the clown pharmacist was so important, as he was linked to the future of mankind!
It was not an exaggeration to call the Enhanced Subatomic Serum the Fantasy Serum, as it could turn an ordinary Original Being into an outstanding genius. With just this one point, it proved itself worthy of the name.
Steve didn't have a complete analysis tool, so he didn't know how amazing the Enhanced Subatomic Serum was, or how much of an impact it would cause.
"Did the clown really not come?" Kenneth wiped the sweat away from his forehead, looking very embarrassed.
"Hum!" Garfield snorted coldly. "Mr. Clown must come, and you must find him for me. If you find him, the Pharmacists Guild will reward you generously. But, if you can't, you shall account to the elders yourself!"
"As long as the clown comes, I will find him!" Kenneth had turned pale with fear.
More than 100 people at the scene were also nervous. They were also trying to find out who the clown pharmacist was.
At this time, within the first-floor hall, the bell rang, marking the official start of the F-grade pharmacist certification process. The whole hall was quiet, as everyone was holding their breath...
