... One of the werewolves that stood around the perimeter of the hall, where the next meeting of Death Eaters was taking place, noticed a strange red glow on the horizon. The beastly part of this wizard sensed incredible danger, and it gave the werewolf the courage to interrupt the Dark Lord himself.
"My Lord!" the werewolf shouted, drawing the attention of everyone present.
Voldemort, sitting in his black robe at the head of the table, slowly turned to him, smiling.
"There!" the werewolf pointed his hand out the window, and everyone who could see the red dot from their seat immediately glanced at it, including Voldemort.
Either by instinct or luck, but the Dark Lord realized something, immediately got up from his seat, instantly approaching the window and breaking it with the power of thought, pointed his wand toward the dot, and a dark sphere began to form rapidly on the tip of his white, bone-like wand.
"My Lord," several wizards immediately appeared beside him, including Bellatrix. She was the one who spoke. "Has something happened?"
But no one got an answer.
The dark sphere at the tip of Voldemort's wand instantly turned into a powerful black beam, followed by a shock wave and wind, causing the Death Eaters to retreat to the sides. But there, from the edge of the forest, the red dot turned into an equally powerful blue beam. A wild rumble and crackling, drowning out everything around it, filled the space. The two beams met for a moment, creating a powerful shockwave and deflecting each other from the trajectory.
A powerful blow shook the Malfoy mansion, and those present in the hall could see how the protection that appeared for a moment shattered like glass, and the blue beam didn't leave a trace of one of the wings of the house, taking with it one of the walls of the conference room. The black beam, on the other hand, had ploughed a great furrow in the ground all the way to the edge of the forest, but it was clearly well away from where the red light had originated.
The Death Eaters were shocked and didn't move. The worst were a few who weren't known for their bravery, like young Draco Malfoy - they were literally falling to the floor, trembling from the magical pressure.
"Who dare!" Bellatrix immediately became enraged, pulling out her wand and glaring angrily into space through a couple of unruly strands of black hair that had fallen on her face.
"Stay calm," Voldemort replied quietly. "Soon, we will know, and he will answer."
Just as Voldemort said, in a few moments, a tall boy with blond hair appeared from the apparation funnel a few dozen yards from the mansion. He was dragging some poor guy behind him, as if on a rope, but he looked as if the poor guy weighed nothing at all.
The Dark Lord waved his black cloak spectacularly, turned, and headed for the resulting breach in the wall. About a dozen Death Eaters, who had the strength and self-control to stay on their feet, followed him out into the street.
"And who do we have here..." Voldemort theatrically spread his arms to the sides at the sight of Max, but all he got in return was a Bombarda, which he took aside, and the spell blew to smithereens the remains of one of the walls of the manor.
With a mixture of hatred and interest, Bellatrix looked at the one who had dared not only to destroy part of her sister's house but also to defy the Dark Lord himself so brazenly. historical
"You?!" the surprise of the slightly insane brunette was unparalleled when she recognized in the attacking wizard her sister's second son, who was so imprudently kicked out of the family by the idiot Lucius in the most radical way possible.
Several Death Eaters wanted to attack the boy, but Voldemort stopped their impulse with just a gesture of his hand.
"Don't interfere! I'll kill him myself."
Max, on the other hand, tilted his head slightly to the side, looking around at those present.
"Run, and you can survive," he said dryly, but the boy's voice seemed to echo through the heads of those present.
Max stretched out his hand to the side, and the tramp that the boy was dragging behind him quickly flew into it. Max squeezed his hand on the tramp's throat, and he literally began to crack, glowing red from the inside. Within seconds he crumbled to ash, and the red streams that flew out of him were consumed by the boy.
"It's him!" the thought of the treacherous escape was beating in Bellatrix's mind, interrupted by conflicting feelings - a strong relative, but attacked the Dark Lord... But a relative... The son of her beloved sister...
"Hmm..." snorted Voldemort, waving his wand sharply and creating a giant snake of Fiendfyre, which immediately headed for the boy.
Max merely waved his hand with a wand as if swatting away a fly, and the snake of Fiendfyre seemed to fade in the wind.
"Pathetic travesty," Max said quietly and waved his wand again. "Sha-as-sss-a...."
