He walked to the Qinglu treasures pavilion after exiting the alchemy pavilion.

In his last mission, he thought of an issue. The organization behind those experiments have established themselves in various cities so if he sell everything he looted from them, there is a high chance they will find him and try to kill him. So he decided to sell everything he looted from them in the Qinglu treasures pavilion in Lei Shu capital city.

He entered the treasures pavilion and approached the dealer to sell and entered the private room.

After he used the spatial ring, the man's eyes shone with greed but he soon concealed it and started checking. After checking everything, he said "Young master, the total amount comes up to 130,000 gold coins."

Zhu Xuan noticed the man's greed even though he quickly concealed it, but he was not afraid because he already asked around and found only members of noble clans or major clans heads are given the Qinglu token.

He smile and took out the token and casually asked "How about now?"

The man was shocked to see the token and took it from Zhu Xuan and to check whether it is true or fake. Once he took a close look at it, he started shivering and his face started sweating. He said with nervousness "We will purchase your items 10% more from the before mentioned price Young master."

Zhu Xuan was confused because he remembered when he bought the token the woman said for his token he will only get 5% more money that the original price. But he gladly accepted since as soon as he becomes a VIP customer, he can get his hands on rare items from the VIP section in any Qinglu pavilion branch. He left the pavilion happily after updating the token and collecting the gold coins.

As soon as he left, he immediately rushed to the manager's room on the top floor.

The manager is a middle aged woman who exuded an overbearing pressure just from being in front of her. She looked at the flustered man in front of her and calmly asked "What happened to make you act so flustered? Calm down and speak clearly."

The man replied after calming down "A young man just came to sell a lot of items which valued more than hundred thousand gold coins and he had a spatial ring and our token."

The middle aged woman frowned and her tone became slightly displeased "Why did you disturb me for such a thing? He must be a young master of the noble clan to acquire a spatial ring from his family leader or elders."

She thought he was shocked because the young man owned a spatial ring and became flustered but his next sentence shocked her.

The man replied "Madam, the Qinglu token he showed me is not form here, it came from one of the top level dynasty and he looks like he is only at 15 or 16 years old."

She stood up in shock and thought "A 15 year old cultivator from a top level dynasty would take at least few years to reach here since none of the top level dynasty is close to this dynasty. And he is only 15, with his cultivation it would take many years to reach here unless some powerful member is with him which means he is not a normal cultivator and has a great background."

Now she understood why her subordinate was all flustered. She calmed down and spoke "Immediately dispatch our high level member to follow his movements to find out his objective."

The man nodded and left the office. Once the door closed, the woman removing a ring from her finger and the middle aged woman changed into a young woman. Her looks were like a beautiful phoenix, her skin as fair as the moon. She looked like she is only 17 or 18, but she possessed an elegant demeanor and beauty which could topple the entire kingdom.

She mumbled to herself "Did some other clan from one of the top dynasty know about it and come here for it or is there any other reason for him to come to this kingdom?"

She calmed down and suddenly smiled; she looked out at the city and spoke to herself "At least it won't be boring here. I'm looking forward to more surprises you bring me."

Hearing the door knocking, she put on the finger and she changed back to a middle aged woman while speaking "Come in."

Zhu Xuan was walking towards a high end restaurant happily after earning so many gold coins not knowing the misunderstanding his token caused in the Qinglu treasures pavilion.

He can't be blamed because the woman who gave him the token failed to tell him that the Qinglu token, even though looks same on the outside, there is a mark showing which level of dynasty it was originated from in the east continent.

He entered the first floor of the restaurant and ordered the food while looking through the window with a relaxed smile while waiting for the food.

Suddenly, a commotion downstairs disturbed his relaxed mood. He looked down and found a muscular man flying out of the restaurant bleeding all over his body. He flew quite a distance and turned limp finally after few hundred metres, his life or death unknown.

A thunderous voice filled with anger travelled from the ground floor of the restaurant towards the first floor. He observed and found a humongous young man walked to the first floor shouting "That bastard, how dare he play with me?"

Zhu Xuan looked at the fatty and started daydreaming about the wuxia novels he read back in Earth. There is a fatty always friends with the protagonist in most of the novels he read, and he started wondering imagining this fatty as one. He couldn't help but chuckle while observing the fatty who is walking in his direction.

Fatty Guo, while walking inside, he saw there was a young man chuckling while looking at him. He was already in a foul mood and when he saw someone was laughing at him, he got really angry. He walked towards Zhu Xuan and questioned "What are you laughing at boy?"

Zhu Xuan was amused by the way the fatty called him boy when he looked similar to his age. He smiled and replied "Nothing, I was just thinking of someone I know."

Fatty Guo was sure that he was laughing at him. He asked again with a cold tone "Are you laughing at me because that bastard sold me a snake egg as a dragon egg and duped me?"

Zhu Xuan smile stopped suddenly and stared at the fatty in shock, then he started laughing out loudly unable to control himself. He thought "This fatty is clearly is a dumbass. How did he even buy a snake egg as a dragon egg, moreover how did he even believe there is a dragon egg existed in the first place."

Even though Zhu Xuan was not here for long, he knows dragons are top existence in the continent and they are not even pure blooded dragons.

Seeing Zhu Xuan laughing out loudly, Fatty Guo face turned black with anger. He shouted in anger and lifted his palm to attack Zhu Xuan "Boy, you have a death wish."

Zhu Xuan didn't even stop laughing when he saw the palm of the fatty got close to his face. He simply lifted his hand and got a hold of the arm of fatty at lightning speed and Fatty Guo couldn't even react before his hand was caught by Zhu Xuan. He tried to retract his hand but he couldn't and he felt like his arm was caught by a steel claw. He thought "He is a level lower than me in cultivation, but why is he strength so strong?"

He didn't show his shock outside, since all the people in the restaurant was looking at them. He suddenly put a stern face and said "Boy, it is beneath my strength to attack you and I went easy on you. Don't anger me anymore and let's end this matter here."

Zhu Xuan thought this fatty is shameless. He gave a sly smile and replied to the fatty while tightening his hold on the fatty's arm "But I don't want to end it."

Fatty Guo felt like his bones were breaking and he started sweating profusely. He suddenly lowered his voice and pleaded "Brother, please let me go or my reputation will be ruined. I will compensate you for attacking you."

Zhu Xuan laughed loudly again because he was sure this fatty had no good reputation in the city from how he got duped and how he was acting shamelessly now. He stopped teasing the fatty and let go of his arm and said "Alright, we will end this matter."

Fatty Guo was relieved and put a smile on his face and said loudly "Since you listened to me, I will consider you my brother from now on. Come on lets drink."

While saying that, he sat and started drinking the wine in the table and thus began the friendship between the protagonist and the fat friend in the novel, oops I mean Zhu Xuan and Fatty Guo.
