I was confused but as I was staring at the small list of skills when a few of my hair came in my view and.....

I panicked a little and wondered if I actually became really old.

I ran to the place where I woke up and tried to see my reflection from the very still water pond.

I saw someone I have never seen before with white/silver hair and really light blue eyes that...

I wondered if I should be happy about this as there were 100 reasons why I should not be.

Okay, let's not get sidetracked right now. this is a dream so anything can happen anyway, might as well have as much fun as I can right?

Anyway back to the list. Dual equip, parry and counter are self-explanatory... But pain immunity?

As I thought that, the list came again.

Skill description:

Pain immunity: completely resistant to any type of pain, illness, and uncomfortableness(heat, cold, tiredness, hunger, e.t.c)that your body feel. But you can still feel of something if it has happened to you.

(This passive can be turned on and off)

That's pretty neat but there's one thing that bothers me...

It can be turned off?

A prompt appeared asking if I want to turn off pain immunity.

Weird, this means I can feel pain now? But I'm In a dream I can't feel pain in a dream......, right?

Before anything else, I quickly turn on pain immunity and try to parry the slime. After a successful parry, I try to use the skill counter which made me turn 360° while holding the sword before I slashed horizontally at the slime

I started sweating. not from the damage I dealt but the fact that this is not a dream and is real life.

I was too focused on that fact, that I forgot about the slime who just lunged at me again.

Shit! I'm nearly dead. I only have 15 HP left. I won't survive another hit!

Okay me! Gotta focus, think about the rest later for now just kill the slime.

It lunged at me. My sword is still pointed downwards I can't bring it up in time. I can't parry or dodge....

I dual-wielded the shortsword on my other hand and pointed it towards the slime.

It impaled itself on the shortsword and died. A silver coin and 1 green gel came out of the corpse which I took. As the corpse disintegrated to the ground

Shit that was close.

I took a deep breath even though I don't feel anything because of pain immunity.

For now, I don't think I'm in a dream. Way too real. I can also feel pain so that's one solid fact that I'm not in a dream.

Let's assume I won't respawn after I die.

It's a good thing I'm not that much afraid of dying. But I will make a stand if it comes to that.

Now, I better find some mushrooms and sand which I can smelt into glass to make bottles to make some lesser health potions. good thing I already have some gel) I thought as I started to go into the wilderness.

The sun was shining brightly above me, some different colored birds were chirping and playing above the dense trees, some beautiful butterflies were also here and there fluttering in the air and lastly, some rabbits were hiding in the bushes. It created an illusion as if the forest was run by fairies.

The only thing out of place was me running for my life from a Mob of green, blue and purple colored slimes.

I screamed loudly so that someone nearby could save me from this nightmare. I had gathered enough mushrooms and sands, the only thing left was some more gels which I can only obtain by killing some slimes.

BUT I KILLED TOO MANY SLIMES AND NOW THEY'RE AFTER ME!!!

I saw a small mountain with a large enough hole that could cover my retreat. It was large enough to be considered a cave.

I jumped in there and used some of the woods I had to barricade the entrance.

And I successfully did it.

(Whew, that was close) I wiped the imaginary sweat off my forehead.

I could hear them hitting the now wooden wall trying to break through. but I didn't worry about that.

With pain immunity, I don't feel any pain, tiredness or even heat or cold but I can sense if I'm feeling any. It's really bizarre.

I created some torches by combining wood and gel.

It's weird that you can only create torches with slime gel. I thought as I try to light up the place.

The place is just a small hole in a small mountain the roof of this small hole is like 5 meters above me and around 10 meters wide. With a small hole at the edge of the cave that leads to the darkness below.

I'm not complaining about this place its good enough to get rid of the aggro from the slimes outside.

And then I saw a wooden chest in a corner hiding in the darkness.
