6 Discovery of a way to Escape
Eyes watched the battle above her as if she was watching an interesting movie, she yelled inside her mind, comments here and there and gave warnings and complaints as if the people above could hear her. It was just like a sports fan watching their team play against there rivals, yelling unrestrained at the television and cursing them when they didn't heed her advice.
During the almost year she had been in here with only her bloody visions to keep her company, Lee had undergone numerous changes and gained memories that weren't her's, these memories had made the sweet naive girl she used to be into a gelid, wild, calculating force. Her once tired eyes full of panic and fear were now filled with boredom and a hint of malice and the visions she had begged to disappear became her only way of human interaction and so she had begun to look forward to them, giving her a front seat to what had changed these past thousands of years, or she should say where the demon she was currently inhabiting had missed.
In her slowly emerging memories, separating them from the memories of the humans that she watched every day Lee had seen the birth but not even a fraction of the life the body's owner had lived, she had seen the children that the demon had taken under her wing that had later become her worriers but after that, after seeing the small children's faces she felt a pang inside her soul and the memories disappeared as if there was an invisible wall intentionally put there to prevent her from seeing the rest. But from these memories and the others from the humans, she had gained quite a bit of knowledge regarding this world.
This world was called Gaia, a universe unlike the one she had come from, filled with races that Lee thought was all myth. Gaia was split into two, each dimension separated by a bloody dead sea, one side, the Old World, was named Xodale, a realm of only human inhabitants while the other dubbed the New World, was named The Void, a place where creatures beyond human comprehension called home.
Xodale was a place that all humans lived in, separated from the rest of the races due to their inferior power and lack of soul strength. In this world the power of your soul determines your standing, it determined the life you live whether it may be a life of love and luxury or a life of servitude, spent bowing your head towards others of stronger soul force. This was the reason the humans detested the other races and split from those who were not of the same genetic bloodline as they were, for whether it may be the elves or goblins or any other supernatural creature was born, their soul power tripled the experts in the human realm thus creating an imbalance and gaining the jealousy and hatred.
Humans in this world seemed to have a huge disadvantage compared to the other races, it was considered rare for even a 16% of human to be born with a soul force, but that was before whoever locked this demoness up 6 thousand years ago. Now humans seemed to have evolved, special people were born in the Xodale realm, humans with special abilities that were able to rival the 11 races that once oppressed them, these special beings were called Elementals. They were the hope and pride of the human races but they were a rare discovery in the youths and if you were one you would receive not only a Godly title but also any resources and wealth desired.
The Academy sat right into the middle of the two dimensions acting as a neutral ground for all the races, but it was also a place for the races to show off their power and establish superiority over the other, and winning glory and support as you embark on the journey towards the New World. This school was established as a common ground for their young to learn to grow so that they could be ready for the Void, a place where all the strong migrated, a place said to be a battle zone morning till night every day, because this realm had much-hidden treasure and for as long as it had stood no one had ever explored it completely
This city was dubbed the New World for its continuous, mysterious, growth, each year there would be a new part to mysteriously show up and each year it was explored by countless but never finished.
Lee had consumed all this knowledge in one gulp, In her old world she was known for having a gluttonous appetite for knowledge, the more she knew the hungrier she got, and this body seemed to have responded to her hunger for it had given her the ability to control her visions now. Not only was she able to control them but she was also able to conjure them up at will, this power had grown and was not only restricted to the minds of murders and victims, it also made the exception for any human being around her specified area, think of it as an advanced level of mind-reading, that was how she was able to know the thoughts going on in Garcia's mind, how she was able to see what was going on, on the outside despite not being there herself, she was able to see through the faux Queens eyes and she was none the wiser that something even more dangerous than the Six-Tailed Fox she was facing had taken over her mind.
