Gyll gasped for air, sweat poured down his face as the man fell to his knees in the mud.
"Human, I've seen a lot of pathetic creatures in these woods, but you are really something," Kaber said a mix of defeat and disappointment on his face.
"I'm a sailor, not an athlete." Gyll choked out.
Gyll was carrying a large leather sack of water, meanwhile, Kaber carried three of these sacks on each shoulder.
"These paths aren't making the job any easier" Gyll looked down at his muddy boots.
"Can't be helped, the constant rain and low elevation flood our paths," Kaber said.
The two men continued walking up the hill.
As the men reached the hut, they dropped the sacks of water into a wooden crate by the door.
"Alright, that's enough water for today," Kaber said, stretching his back.
As Gyll finally made it to the hut, he dropped the sack of water into the crate and fell to the floor on his back. "Why the hell... do we need... to bring this water up here?!" Gyll said through gasps.

"Our kind can't survive in the cold winter, we brew warming potions from the local herbs, unfortunately, the water here is polluted with all the rotting leaves and plants, we boil the water to clear it out however we can," Kaber added.
Kaber turned to face Gyll. "Alright, take a two-minute breath and let's keep going, we have to carry fruits up next," Kaber said.
