I could hear the girl I saw a while ago, and her conversation with Arabel, inside her room. It seems she's Arabel's cousin, I can't believe I missed that. But they Don't even look like they're related.

But she's not human, I've not 'mistaken' her for another supernatural creature, she is one. Just the one that I've never seen or heard of.

"I don't care, I just need some time, alone"

'Yeah, it seems like, I can see her sad face even from here'

I was standing at the big gate of the mansion 'Carlisia' is living in. And it seems there's going to be another funeral. But I have other things to think about, for example why I let her go, more like why I 'wanted' to let her go.

But I think it's better to go back 'home'.

I walked back there since I was in no hurry and saw a few cats on my way, they seem to be one of the only animals that don't avoid me. Because I like cats. They're better than humans at least.

I got back to where I 'lived', with my aunt and uncle, and two cousins, in a sort of big house. They didn't need any mansion or anything like that, they're a small family. But the living room comes as soon as you enter the house, and so Brianne came running at me saying a bunch of useless things.

"Justin! Justin! Justin! Where were you?! You know, Arabel's Aunt and Uncle died in a plane crash, and their bodies have not been found yet. And her cousin, Carlisia, and Michael, they will be living with them from now on. And Arabel called me just now and told me that Carlisia ran away from home and then fainted and then Leo brought her back home. And Carlisia hurt her head"

She has blue eyes and black hair and looks like a teenager while acting like a kid.

"Brianne! Please stop! You're not even letting him breathe!" Aunt interrupted her.

I gave her a look of disbelief, they are really starting to act like humans.

"Oh hey, it's Justin. Where were you the past three days?" And now Aaron is joining our conversation in which I can't even speak. He has long green hair and yellow eyes. Both Aaron and Brianne are very old, despite looking young of course. They have a 1300 years gap. And I'm the oldest and have to take care of them when my big brother is not here, although he never is seen in human society.

"None of your business," I said.

"Ohhh but it is my business, I'm your closest friend"

"Who said that?"

"I did"

"...Shut up"

Then, at dinner, Brianne brought a very 'surprising' news.

"Hey Justin, did you know after the bodies are found, a funeral will be held?"

"Yeah"

"And you will be coming with us"

"No thanks"

"You will"

"Why?"

"Because I said so"

"And I do not obey whatever you say"

"I do, and your gonna have to listen to me just this once. Pretty please?"

"..."

"That means you're going"

"I 'might' think about it"

"Yessss!!!!"

I feel like something's going on in her mind though.

Time Skip

"Justin, did you think about it?" Brianne asked me right before they were going to the funeral.

"No"

"Why?"

"Because there was no need to"

"Well then think about it now"

"No"

What?"

"My answer is no"

"Your answer is yes. And you. Are coming. With me" Briann tried pushing me, but I guess she's just too weak.

"Awww come on Justin. You never join us in celebrations. This is a funeral, who knows you might feel happy?" I never knew Aaron would be like this...

"Yeah!" Brianne too.

"Who feel 'Happy' at funerals?"

"Wait...You don't?" Brianne looks confused.

"Of course not. They have been dead for 2 days, their bodies might have been starting to decompose already"

"Meaning they will smell"

"Exactly"

"But still, I have been given a dare to bring you to wherever I can, once"

"Really?"

"Yup"

"By a human?"

"A vampire"

"Still"

"Full-bring"

"No interest"

"..."

"He's still a human's relative"

"And he had to give this dare because he was forced to"

"By who?"

"Arabel"

"I'm still not coming"

"You are"

"..."

"I'll do anything!!!"

"Fine"

"Yess!!!!"

I thought it would be amusing to see a human being proved wrong, but then again, she's not human.

I sat in the car next to Aaron. He's less annoying but still annoying.

Brianne kept on talking about useless things in the car and I kept ignoring her questions. It was pointless answering anyways.

After some time, we reached a mansion, the funeral was being held there no doubt. And I saw Leo along with his mother in front of the front gate. And Carlisia running towards to mansion.

'It seems like I will see her today'

And it also seems like she's pretty strong-hearted despite what I saw two nights ago.
