Necromancer Supreme System

Chapter 52: Reaching Level Thirteen in No Time

'Specialized type of skeleton?' she asked, 'what does this mean?'

'It means they will be either sword skeleton, archer skeleton, pike skeleton, and so on. the one chosen by you will be provided with full armor and equipment from the system. Which one do you choose?' the system asked.

'There is a question in mind,' Oya said, 'if I wanted to go back to the city, will they have to follow me there? they might be prevented from entering the city,' she said, as this was the point that bothered her.

'The system can store them up for you, and when you want them, the system will summon them for you,' the system replied, with a chuckle from her simple question. 'Now, which skeleton do you choose?' the system asked.

'The first skeleton I summoned,' she said as she used the death arise skill at the killed monsters.

'Done, it's now a sword skeleton,' the system said, and that skeleton was now much bigger than before, and its bones started to show some green luster. It had two swords in hand, with a helmet, a thin chest plate, a shield on the back, arm guard, leg guard, and two cool boots.

"Wow, you have much more gear than me!" Oya exclaimed in surprise as she examined this new skeleton outfit in amazement. "I might ask system sama to help and give me some gears sometimes," she added.

'You have finished the quest so fast,' the system commended, before adding, 'as a reward for your good performance, you have the chance to upgrade one of the skeletons you have to be a specialized type skeleton,' the system added.

'Specialized type of skeleton?' she asked, 'what does this mean?'

"Wow, you have much more gear than me!" Oya exclaimed in surprise as she examined this new skeleton outfit in amazement. "I might ask system sama to help and give me some gears sometimes," she added.

Oya wasn't kidding, as the next moment she spoke to her system, asked for gears to equip. the system only replied by this:

'When you grow strong enough, you will have PSR currencies, and then you can buy whatever you want from the system store.'

'There is a system store!' Oya exclaimed in surprise, as she didn't hear about it before.

'Sure, there is a store, and you will get access when you get a bit stronger,' the system replied.

'Oh, no peeking then?' she asked, but she got no reply from the system.

She just shook her head, before heading to another location with her skeletons. Now, with that sword skeleton as the front, she knew she wouldn't use it as the main damage dealer, but as a tank, and she and other skeletons would work as the main damage output.

She now had more trust in herself, so she headed straight towards a group of twenty apes, all were angered the moment her sword skeleton trespassed their territory.

And so the apes hurried to attack the skeleton, and the damage they caused was really low.

"20-10-5-15-10"

The damage points were in two digits, and some even were in one digit only. that was pretty low, as she recalled the previous damage was triple or quadruple than that.

"Attack," she muttered to her skeleton army to attack the apes, while she kept using her arrow skill, one time after another.

"150-50-75-60-45-50"

A long row of damage appeared above monsters, as the sword skeleton damage was the highest, with one hundred and fifty terrifying damage appearing on top of the monsters hit by the skeleton's swords.

"Wow, like this we can kill twenty monsters in less than five minutes," she muttered, as she was totally safe and stress free of any attacks, with all those skeletons up ahead.

The beauty of it was when she finished them, she used her summon skill to turn them into more skeletons. Twenty more appeared to join others, and her little army of skeletons just got doubled in one battle.

"Let's go, c'mon, you don't need to rest like me," she said, pushing the skeletons to the front, like she was pushing cute little ducks. One battle after another commenced, and in the end, she ended up killing the one hundred monsters, and with seventy five skeletons under her command, with most of them leveled up.

'Good work, your first mission is completed. You gained one level, you are now level eleven. Do you want to change the current mission or continue doing the next phase of it?'

The system asked, and as Oya got her new points assigned to her main stats, Intelligence and Vitality, she was startled by the system question.

She thought, initially, that she had to start another mission after ending this one, but she never thought each mission was a chained type, with many submissions underneath it.

'What is the next phase of my current mission?' she asked.

'Kill two hundred monsters, and gain one level as reward, plus level up ten of your skeletons to be special skeletons,' the system said.

'Wow, I like it,' Oya thought, 'Ok I will go with this one,' she said, as she was excited, not by gaining one level, but with the option to level up her skeletons to be like this monster she already had.

If she had ten more, then she could fight a group of a hundred monsters at once, without any problems.

However, when she decided to put that to test, she miserably lost a lot of skeletons, though she only picked a group of fifty monsters. She didn't know why, but more than half of her skeletons got destroyed before she decided to fall back, getting herself and most of her remaining skeletons away from the monsters' range. As for those unlucky ones, well they got destroyed.

"Wow, I didn't think dealing with a group of monsters would be this hard," she said to herself, before shaking her head in regret, "I should stick to group of twenty for now," she decided, as she learnt her lesson pretty hard this time.

So, a full scale monster hunt started, with twenty monsters killed each time, and more twenty skeletons added to her arsenal.

She didn't rush to face a group of fifty monsters, as she feared to lose more than she would gain. The twenty apes groups were now all killed, and she had to wait for one hour before they would respawn again.

After that hour of obligated rest, she restarted farming and killing level ten apes for quite some time, until eventually she heard two system notifications, one from the game and other from her system.

"Congratulations to the player for leveling up, the player level is twelve."

'Good work, you have completed the second mission. You will get a level, and please select the ten skeletons to level them up. Do you want to continue this mission, or choose another one?"

Actually Oya was now level thirteen, something that she couldn't reach in just this short time. so, she decided to keep heading this path.

'I choose to continue, and take these ten and make them stronger system sama,' she said.

'The new mission is to kill three hundred monsters, level thirteen, and you will get one level, and upgrade twenty skeletons to special skeletons,' the system said.

'Oh, another twenty, but you want me to kill level thirteen, that might be tough,' she muttered, before redistributing her points to her stats, while waiting for the new skeletons upgrade to finish.

When the skeletons showed up again, they were totally different than what she expected. First, there were four sword skeletons, making her have five of them now, two skeleton archers, two skeleton magicians, and lastly two skeletons with shield and short swords in hand, making them perfect defenders.

She just smiled, content, as now she had her own little army upgraded by a whole scale, in quality.
