Note: I haven't updated it for the newer characters, but just as a rule of thumb:
Agility based characters(Like Hana, Yu-jin etc.) - generally follow Maria and Clara's build.
Vitality based characters(Like Mabini, Sang-hwan etc.) - generally follow Boni's build.
Luna went a little hybrid early, and pumped a few extra points into VIT, because he is expecting to do extensive grinds, and generally do more than the rest.

3. Scan - Using this skill allows you to see the level of the monsters in your current field of vision as long as it isn't more than 15 levels higher than yours. Cannot scan opponents under the effect of the skill.
Passive:

Inherited Passive Skill: Mayari's Blessing.
Inherited Passive Skill: Apolaki's Blessing.
With the blessing of both Mayari and Apolaki,
Your body has been refined by Apolaki's sunlight essence.
Your soul has been refined by Mayari's moonlight essence.
Both essences will be provided the more capable your current body and soul can handle at safe parameters.
This skill applies to Sura as well.

2.) - this ability enhances your overall vision. Vision during nighttime has been improved. This skill enhances automatically every 10 levels.
3.) - Enable your body to regenerate from injuries faster. This skill scales off of your VIT stat. This skill enhances automatically every 10 levels.
Skills in this bracket are learned by everyone at level 20 - skill names will be updated every 10 levels, which is when they get automatically upgraded.

Sura - Lvl 50
Stats = Luna's stats + 20%
Skills - Every 10 levels, Sura's previous skills get upgraded, as she learns new ones.
Active:
1.) 3-Headed 6-Armed Mode.
2.) Asura's Wrath
An Asura and their blade count as one. Imbue your weapons with the wrath of the Asura, igniting it to deliver a more potent attack, that not only has increased physical damage, but additionally sends out a mental attack. Opponents that have weaker willpower will be more affected by this skill.
Passive:
1.) Sword Mastery
Increases attack damage(only applies to total weapon damage) by 15% per sword equipped and increases attack speed by 15% per sword equipped. Maximum of 90% more when using
This bonus only applies to recognized equipment.
2.) Innate Talent
Asura's potential is the highest out of every race in general.
20% additional stats based off of the caster's base stats.
3.) Armor Break
Attacking a target, weakens it's defense by 5% per hit, stacking up to a maximum of 25%
4.) Berserk
Staying in combat increases attack speed by 2% per second, capping out at 10%. Bonuses fall off when out of combat for more than 5 seconds.

Apple - Lvl 44

1.) Active: Chain Lightning -
Chains to a maximum of 5 targets dealing 15 damage per tick, with damage lowering by 10% after per bounce after the first target hit.
Staggers targets hit.
Automatically bounces to another target if current target dies, if willed by the user.
Damage scales with Intelligence stat.
MP Cost: 10 MP per cast and an additional 2 MP per tick.
Cast time: None.
2.) Heal - Heals Physical Wounds. Effectiveness is based on caster's INT.
3.) Lighting Cloud
Summon a Lightning cloud on a designated location. All enemies enveloped by the cloud will be subject to damage from the lightning strikes within. Cloud does not stop enemies from leaving the area of effect.
Damage scaled off of INT stat.
MP Cost: 100
Duration: 10 Seconds - Channeled skill - Skill will cancel if interrupted or personally cancelled by the caster.
4.) Summon Lightning Elemental
Summon an elemental to fight beside you.
HP scales off of caster's max health.(Current: 100%)
Attack damage scales off of caster's amount of lighting related skills x10 + level of learned lightning skills x 10 (Current DMG: 40 + 20% from Lightning Knuckles)
Passive:
1.) Lightning Armor.(Can be toggled on and off by caster)
Allows threads of lightning to cover a thin layer all over the caster's body which immediately strike out to any incoming attackers. Lightning infused body becomes much faster, but drains more Stamina.
