As Aurum separated from Kyle, Yuu, Steve, Uriel, and Barakiel were chasing him madly as if they were afraid to lose this opportunity. For them, killing Kyle and Dmitri is so easy that they could finish them up in a second, but when it comes to Aurum, it's a different story. For them, Aurum didn't show them how strong he was. Every time that the gods would try and kill him, Aurum would somehow escape within their grasp. He also somehow obtained the fruit of knowledge without letting the Almighty One notice it until it was too late. If they don't kill him know, who knows how overpowered he would be in the future?

Aurum was desperately trying to escape from their grasp, but they were also keeping up with him.

'What the hell is this? I should have higher speed than them so why are they keeping up with me?'

They were even attacking him sometimes while they are chasing Aurum. Fortunately for him, his Ultra Instinct was still active. If not for his skill, he would have died a hundred times over already.

Uriel and Barakiel, who didn't experience Aurum's dodging capability, were much surprised as they saw him maintaining the distance while avoiding all of their barrages. If it were them instead of Aurum in that position, it would have been pretty impressive if they lasted that long against all those attacks.

However, for Yuu and Steve, this was becoming natural to them. They are already trying to exploit his weakness or even follow up an attack when he is about to dodge. If it were just both of them alone, they wouldn't have the guts to even think of exploiting weaknesses, but it's a different story if someone stronger is helping them at the moment.

Both archangels saw what they were doing, and they thought that they weren't entirely useless at all.

However, they were somewhat annoyed at the fact that both archangels would need help from an ordinary Celestial Being. Moreover, they hadn't thought both Celestial Beings would be much powerful than the others.

'If they keep on doing this, the Almighty One will not take us seriously anymore, and they would take over our place someday. I must prevent that from happening!' Thought both Uriel and Barakiel.

Most humans view heaven as a paradise which is free from conflicts and whatnot. However, little do they know that there was always a secret competition amongst the angels and archangels. Some souls at heaven might notice this but chose to ignore it; as it would change their view on the paradise that they were on.

On the conference chamber, in the gods' realm, Zeus and Odin were somewhat relieved when they saw what is currently happening down at the mortal realm. Initially, they wanted to kill Steve and Yuu right away, to get rid of their anxiousness. However, now that they've seen this scene, they couldn't help but think that it would be okay for them to live a little longer.

"Hahaha! Brother Zeus, these Celestial Beings ain't so bad after all." Odin remarked.

"Indeed brother Odin! I would never have thought that this would happen. However, brother, don't forget that once Aurum's killed, the only one who would benefit in all of these events would be the Almighty One!" Said, Zeus, as he reminded Odin about the Almighty One.

Odin frowned when he heard Zeus' reminder. Naturally, he didn't forget about the fact that Almighty One isn't on the same side with them anymore. However, he couldn't help but think 'Why are ruining this moment that we have right now?' He didn't say that out loud, as it would have been pretty stupid of him to do so.

"Don't worry brother Zeus; I hadn't forgotten on what he did to us when he parted. I need to pay him back a hundredfold and turn him into my dog!" Odin said in a low voice.

"Alright. Back to the main topic, we should postpone the time on when we are going to kill those two lowly servants of his. Either way, both souls were from our faction, so the only one who would suffer would be the Almighty One." Zeus helplessly shook his head while proposing an idea to Odin.

Odin nodded his head to show his approval. They didn't waste any more words as they looked at the situation that Aurum is in gleefully.

On the Almighty One's domain, at the gods' realm, the Almighty One was contemplating deeply on what his next course of action is going to be. He tried to remember everything that he has did in the past few months and thought on what he might have done wrong. He was doing this because he knew that a single careless mistake of his, would ultimately give the other two significant gods some advantage against him.

'Did I make some miscalculations these past few months? I have made many bold moves against both those gods and Aurum. If they find a single opening, no matter how small it is, they would immediately exploit it to gain an advantage against me.' The Almighty One thought while frowning.

He already guessed that Odin and Zeus would do something harmful against Steve and Yuu. However, he didn't care about both of them, but now that they were showing some promise, he was starting to change their opinion about them. At first, he viewed them as a disposable piece, but now he changed his mind as he thought that they might be more useful in the long run.

"Hmm~ Steve and Yuu got some potential to be even stronger than Uriel and Barakiel in the future. However, both Uriel and Barakiel's growth is regressing. It would bring more benefit to me if I help them grow. That way they would be more loyal and even be willing to risk their lives for me." The Almighty One thought out loud.

He didn't say it out loud, but when the other angels heard this, they were all stunned. However, they immediately smirked as they thought that this is an opportunity to show off in front of the Almighty One. They felt that if they were able to defeat those two Celestial Beings, they would be able to get his attention and be able to climb up the ranks in one shot.

Naturally, the Almighty One knew what his servants were thinking, however, he didn't prevent them from thinking about those things. In his opinion, if both Steve and Yuu wouldn't be able to avoid these plots from his servants, then they didn't have any right to be taught directly by him.

'Hahahaha! Steve, Yuu, let's see if you are qualified to be taught by me or not.' The Almighty One chuckled evilly inwardly.

At the mortal realm, Dmitri was already far away from Aurum and the rest. He thought that Aurum would eventually catch up with him but surprisingly, it didn't seem like that was the case. He was a little bit worried, considering that Aurum fighting off three Celestial Beings with blessings from gods is a reckless thing to do by Aurum. Nonetheless, he still trusted that Aurum would be able to somehow do something about it.

Eight minutes passed by, and there was still no sign of Aurum coming out. He couldn't help but think that something might have happened to Aurum. He was so sure that Aurum would be able to meet up with him in less than five minutes, given if there is nothing else on his way.

Dmitri can't handle to wait any longer and was about to go back and find Aurum. However, he halted his steps when he saw Kyle's silhouette coming towards his direction. Dmitri frowned, thinking that Kyle might have split from Steve and Yuu to take care of him. He immediately readied himself for the worse and tried to condense as much energy as he has.

Kyle, who felt that energy, stopped at his tracks and looked at Dmitri with glee. He arrived slowly towards him and wanted to tell Aurum's situation until he noticed that Dmitri was looking at him with cold eyes.

"Have you come to kill me?" Asked Dmitri with a hint of uneasiness.

"Nah~ Relax young one, I allied myself with that boy, Aurum, as I felt like those gods are too overbearing." Kyle calmly replied.

Dmitri didn't believe what Kyle was saying and frowned, thus even tightening up his guard. He didn't dare to be reckless in front of him as he was still injured and have not fully recovered yet. He wasn't like his Young Master, where he could regenerate faster than any ordinary Celestial Being, Gods, or Gifted one.

Kyle was also alert, as he felt like Dmitri was going to do a reckless action without hearing him out. He really wanted to let Dmitri know what is happening so that they could go back and try to help him escape. However, it seemed like Dmitri didn't believe what he was saying.

He tried explaining everything that happened until to the point that he escaped. However, the same results yielded everytime he does this. It was like Dmitri was an immovable object that can't be either pushed or pulled by an opposing party.

"Tell me why you really are here." Dmitri demanded in a low voice.

"I kept on telling you already, I was told by Aurum to go here and wait for him with you! Why do you have to be so vigilant towards me?" Kyle frowned as he answered Dmitri while trying to convince him.

"You're asking me why I am so vigilant towards you? Are you making me laugh? After almost killing Young Master, you dare ask that question before me? Even if I am injured, believe me when I tell you that I could still beat you down like the dog you are." Dmitri said while brandishing his sword out of thin air.

"Hais~ Why do you keep on asking questions when you don't even listen to their answer? You are still young yet you are too aggressive! I'll let you know your place as I convince you that I am at your side!" He readied his Flame and Thunder balls in both hands while saying this.

Dmitri was super annoyed everytime he heard Kyle say that he is a 'young one' even though he is more than a million years old. If Kyle knew what his age was, he would probably die out of laughing as it was impossible for a human to live in a million of years.

"Where is Young Master right now?" Even though he was ready to fight and was extremely agitated, he still prioritizes on knowing the location of Aurum.

"He let two angels and both Steve and Yuu chase him so that I could escape as I said earlier. Why don't you believe me?" At this point, Kyle was already getting tired of persuading Dmitri and was ready to fight it out with him.

"Why I don't believe you? It's because you are a deceitful slave by those gods who imprisoned my Master! If not for those scumbags, my Master would still be the ruler of this world!" Dmitri furiously shouted.

Just as they were about to fight it out for real this time. They abruptly stopped their actions as they felt the heaven and earth shake. It felt like a powerful being was finally coming out from his slumber after a long time passed. Dmitri flew up while Kyle stood on top of the tallest tree and looked at the horizon. As soon as they saw this, they were in disbelief as they thought about what was happening to him.

'What the f*ck? Why is he covered in pitch black aura?' Thought both Dmitri and Kyle.

Dmitri who was acting so stubborn earlier only realized that Kyle was telling the truth the whole time after all.
