The next morning, Tang Hao is woken up by the blinding rays of sunlight as his mother says "Good morning Hao er today's your first day of school" Su Xue says "ugh 5 more minutes mother" Tang Hao replied

"You don't wanna be late on your first day do you?" Su Xue said as she giggles "arg ok" he says as he wakes up but still feeling drowsy

After changing and doing all the morning necessities Tang Hao has breakfast and prepares to head to school. "Hao er be nice and try to make some friends," Su Xue said to him "Yes mother I know"

As Tang Hao and his mother arrives at the pre-school, a young woman and delicate looking woman is seen playing with some kids whilst some boys are showing off their quirks to a couple girls

Upon noticing Tang Hao's arrival the young woman tells the kids to play with each other and politely says "Good morning madam, my name is Chigusa Kaori and I'm one of the teachers at this school" to Su Xue

"Yes good morning, Chigusa sensei my name is Su Xue and this is my son Tang Hao. Cmon son say hello to your teacher" Su Xue replied in Japanese "Good morning, Chigusa sensei I'm Tang Hao" he says "Class is about to start would you like to come inside?" Chigusa sensei says to Tang Hao "Yes Sensei" in Japanese "Bye mother I'll see you later" he says in Chinese "See you later Hao er" Su Xue replies

During the first part of class, every student introduced themselves one by one, but there was one girl that specifically attracted Tang Hao's attention. Even though they were only 4 years old one could describe her as a flawless beauty with snow-white skin, large eyes, and rosy lips

"My name is Ling Mengyu," she says emotionlessly, Tang Hao was surprised that other than him there was also another Chinese person in his pre-school

When it got to Tang Hao's turn his name was called a few times "Tang Hao. Tang Hao, it's your turn!" said Chigusa sensei

Waking from his daydream he says "Oh right sorry sensei" as he stands and says "My name is Tang Hao"

After everyone introduced themselves, Chigusa sensei tells the children "Ok class it's reading time, what shall we read today?" everyone besides Ling Mengyu and Tang Hao were interested in reading, instead they chose to do their own things

Tang Hao decided to look for some trees outside to practice using his quirk whilst Ling Mengyu sat on a bench in the corner of a room by herself and stare outside the window.

Bzz Bzz! zap zap! As Tang Hao got used to his quirk he tried to find other ways to use his quirk. "Hmm I can now control the output of my quirk exactly as I wish maybe I should create a special move," he said

"Since I already have a ranged ability I should try to develop a close-range attack, in my past life besides watching anime and reading manga I also read web novels" he said "Hmm the most commonly used weapon is a sword so I guess I can start with that, first I'll need to imagine the shape then anything else can happen after" he mumbled

"Hmm I'll need a sword that can fight both battles of speed and power so it can't be too thin or too thick, maybe about the size of a katana but longer," he thought to himself "I guess for now I can wrap lightning around my fists"

After wrapping up his training it was time for the children to have a nap, as he heads back inside Tang Hao sees Ling Mengyu still sitting by the window and peering outside.

He decides to talk to her "Is there something interesting to look at outside?" he said in Chinese, after a moment of silence Ling Mengyu replies "I just miss my home". "Your home? back in China?" Tang Hao asks which makes Ling Mengyu nod her head.

"Wake up everyone, it's time to play outside" Chigusa sensei said. The sound of children cheering can be heard "Yay play time" said some children

During playtime outside, Tang Hao continues practicing his quirk. After a while, he hears some children screaming "Ah!". Running towards the scream he sees three boys on their knees whilst Ling Mengyu is coldly staring at them

Chigusa sensei arrives and asks what happened before getting the injured boys treated. As Chigusa sensei carried the boys they say "sensei Ling Mengyu hurt us, we didn't do anything to her" as they cry sob* sob* Turning around Chigusa sensei looks at Ling Mengyu expecting an explanation but is met with silence and a cold glare before she sits by the window again

"Hmm to be able to injure 3 boys by herself without being hurt her quirk must be pretty strong, too bad there weren't any clues to what it was. But why didn't she give sensei an explanation? I doubt it was her who started it after all those boys were showing off to some other girls earlier" Tang Hao thought as he silently looks at Ling Mengyu before going back to his training

After the incident, the class found out from Chigusa sensei that Ling Menyu transferred to another pre-school in another prefecture and that today was her last day. The boys who were injured seemed happy but as for Tang Hao he felt some disappointment. "Hmm the first person I met whom I can freely speak chinese with and she's a beauty too at that" Tang Hao said internally

Later on in the day, it was time for Ling Mengyu to leave. Tang Hao sees a limo pull up in front of the entrance and a woman who is as flawlessly beautiful as Ling Mengyu but with a mature look, stepping out and grabs Ling Mengyu's hand before bowing to Chigusa sensei and saying thank you

As he sees her back, Tang Hao says "If fated we shall meet again" in chinese and without waiting for a reply turns around to see his mother and heads home

"Son is that all you wanted to say to your friend?" Su Xue says in the back of the car "It's alright mother I'll leave it up to fate" Tang Hao replied

The sound of lightning can be heard in the backyard of a quite neighborhood bzz! bzz! After Ling Menyu's departure Tang Hao had been training his quirk and working out

hff.. hff.. "It's been 10 years since that time when she left, I've perfected the control of my quirk, created new techniques and developed some muscle I can soon enroll into UA and proceed with my dream of becoming a top hero" Tang Hao said

At the start of spring, cherry blossoms can be seen floating around in rivers. bop bop! the sound of a mic can be heard "To all third years today is the day you graduate, I your Principle hope you continue your journey....." said the principle of a middle school

As Tang Hao is standing on stage, along with his year they all bow towards the teachers before getting down and heading off. Before leaving, Tang Hao says goodbye to his friends and the sound of crying can be heard sob* sob* from some students and parents who are proud of their children
