While Kevin was reeling over what had happened to Kate, Matthew took it as a chance to act. He instructed someone to deliver all the evidence he'd accumulated to the grand secretary of the Cabinet, Franklin.

Looking at the evidence in his hand, Franklin glared at Zack with a twisted face. "Look at what you have done!"

Zack smiled gently. "Father, you are the grand secretary of the Cabinet. Such an important matter should naturally be handled by you. Would it be right for it to be handled by just any inconsequential official?"

"You are pushing your father into a fiery pit!" Franklin was so furious that even his beard was shaking. Right here in hands was evidence of Kevin's crimes, with rather traceable clues.
