Becoming God of a Dystopian World

Chapter 160 - Ghost

Zhao Luo threw his fists at the mountain.

The infinitely small moment before his fist touched the mountain, a three feet round sigil of yin and yang appeared in between his fist and the mountain.

The next moment his fist pushed the sigil towards the mountain and the instant his fists touched the mountain.

"BOOM!"

In less than the tenth of a second, the mountain was pulverized and dust started rising as the mountain fell on its place.

"Cough."

Zhao Luo waved his hand in front of him as the dust was coming towards his face.

"My strength has more than doubled."

Zhao Luo guessed while looking at the demolished version of his 'strongest mountain'.

Another day had passed and Zhao Luo had progressed a lot.

"I have now mastered the Bullet Fist completely."

Zhao Luo sat down and closed his eyes.

He was checking his progress.

'My hands feel heavy and light at the same time.'

'My body feels stronger than before.'

"It's like nothing is impossible for me!"

Zhao Luo abruptly opened his eyes and took out a golden scroll from his storage space.

[ Extraordinary Breath, Gold, D Rank ]

'Hmm.'

"A technique that is impossible to master."

Zhao Luo said as he jerked his hand and scroll rolled while opening till the end.

A thing to remember was that mostly the scrolls contained incomplete techniques.

That was the case for Extraordinary breath too.historical

Looking at the content written with black on the golden scroll, Zhao Luo started reading it.

[ A warrior spends his whole life trying to get that unmatched strength by various means. ]

"Indeed. I am doing so too."

Zhao Luo couldn't stop himself and commented on the writing.

[ Grabs a sword and calls himself a swordsman ]

"Just like me."

Zhao Luo mumbled as he could already face off a second sword warrior easily.

[ Grabs a pen and calls himself a scholarly warrior ]

"That will be never me."

Just what a man, who wasn't a fan of scholarly work, like Zhao Luo would say.

[ Grabs a wooden stick after shaving his head and calls himself a monk ]

"Hah."

Zhao Luo grinned.

He couldn't imagine himself shaving his lowly hair and be bald for life while beating a wooden box and chanting out Amitabha or buddha everywhere.

[ Grabs martial arts and masters it, to become a martial warrior ]

'Nod.'

Zhao Luo liked this part as it struck evenly with him.

[ No matter what he grabs, the end is still death ]

"Sigh~"

[ His road will always have a confirmed end till he grabs the forbidden ]

"I remember stopping here as Senior Cutie started telling me about the forbidden."

Zhao Luo mumbled as he read till here.

The next writing would be the knowledge on how to grab the forbidden and Zhao Luo couldn't wait any further.

"Let's see."

Moving his gaze down Zhao Luo continued reading from the scroll.

[ If you are still reading it then that only shows your courage for the forbidden. ]

[ Do you want to grab the forbidden? ]

Zhao Luo was shocked.

"It's like the writer is talking to me....yea I do."

Zhao Luo unconsciously answered the scroll before reading the next part.

[ To grab the Forbidden... ]

[ You will have to GRAB DEEZ NUTZ. ]

Thud!

Zhao Luo smacked the scroll on the floor with rage filling his eyes.

"What kind of a stupid person thinks that this shit is a gold-colored technique?"

Zhao Luo shouted in anger as he got up and went over to the scroll.

"Thud!"

"Thud!"

"Thud!"

Zhao Luo smacked the scroll with his feet three times before finally calming his anger.

"Haaaa."

"Haaaa."

Picking up the scroll once again cause he had to learn this technique since it was the only one that he could go for right now.

Zhao Luo's gaze lowered and he passed the Nuts part to continue reading further.

"I swear I will burn this scroll if there is another trap like that in there."

Zhao Luo made an oath and as though the scroll was alive.

The part with nuts turned out to be the last humorous attack used by the writer of this scroll.

[ Hah, my successor. It seems that I have strayed from the right path while talking about the forbidden ]

"Yes, you DID."

Zhao Luo added.

[ Remember the forbidden isn't easily grabbed. ]

[ To reach the point of forbidden, meticulous training of the mind is needed. ]

[ You need to close your eyes and meditate for weeks and months. ]

[ Get rid of all these earthly desires. This is how I achieved a realm that I call the forbidden state. ]

[ Each time you meditate, you need to imagine yourself from the beginning ]

[ Imagine your outer body, leave the small parts just like how they are. You already know what I am talking about. ]

"Heh, I don't have any small parts."

Zhao Luo replied to what he was reading.

[ Following your outer body, imagine your organs, the meridians following through them, the ones which carry yin, and the others which carry your yang. The vessels which pass through your meridians and the veins which carry your blood. ]

[ First Recreate yourself in your mind. Then imagine the recreated self waking up and taking its first breath. ]

[ It will be like you are looking at a mirror inside your mind. ]

[ That is what extraordinary breath is. Once your recreated self starts moving you can train with it to achieve an unprecedented level of strength. ]

[ But remember the recreated self should be an exact copy of yourself. If you modify your 'short details' then you will be doing another kind of 'forbidden' deed but not grabbing the forbidden. ]

[ The 'you' created by the Extraordinary breath is an immortal being called Ghost. A Ghost will never be tired. No matter how many times you damage your ghost, it will never be destroyed, till you live. ]

[ Thus training with your ghost can go on for eternity. ]

Zhao Luo read with blank eyes till now.

He had already realized what the technique was.

"I see. So extraordinary breath is like Naoli."

Zhao Luo said while shaking his head.

He wasn't impressed by the technique at all.

He already had nine apparitions which were his nine ghastly selves who also served as his training partner while increasing his strength once assimilated at the end of training.
