Chapter 925 - A Bigger Army
“If you need it, please feel free to use it.”
When one’s power had grown exponentially huge, there was no need to worry about others peeking into your secrets. Qin Feng handed his Magical Tesseract to Hu San and briefly explained how to use it.
However, Hu San did not need to craft any item. The whole place was brimming with ice and snow; so, this was practically his playground.
Nangong Zeming, on the other hand, was quite interested in the Magical Tesseract. He picked some A-tier ultra beast materials and crafted a set of rune equipment like Qin Feng’s to fend off the cold.
Then, Beitang Gan and the other A-tiers too did the same and crafted new sets of combat suits for themselves.
After they were done with crafting, the battle out there did not seem to be stopping at all.
“Mr Hu, I’d like to head out to have a look.”
Hu San pondered for a moment as he looked at the Demonscale Drake.
It was rather apparent that Qin Feng was a peculiarly powerful young lad—an entity quite different from any of them.

“Alright. But please exercise caution when you’re out there.”
“Yes, Sir. I’ll establish a small outpost within one hundred kilometers. If you’re in danger, you can contact me anytime.”
Qin Feng had acquired a lot of technologies. Naturally, he had also acquired a lot of communication technology that could be installed to transmit signals to connect other communicators. However, he was not entirely sure if it would work when an energy storm hit though.
More importantly, by doing this they could prevent themselves from getting lost in the snow when battling the enemies. In other words, when they had installed an outpost with signal emission, it was like giving them an extra pair of eyes.
“Thank you, Marshal Qin.” Nangong Zeming said warmly to Qin Feng.
Hu San then opened up an exit; Qin Feng rode his Demonscale Drake and headed out.
When he got out to the open, Qin Feng noticed that just about one kilometer away, there were already ultra beasts fighting amongst themselves. There were already several corpses on the ground—some of them were the corpses of Demonscale Drakes.
When ultra beasts fought, they usually determined their opponents by their scents and presence. Humans were small in size with a rather weak presence. Hence, they were labeled as “food” by the ultra beasts. This was why if a human came out in the open, there was a high chance of him getting attacked by the monsters.
As for the other ultra beasts, so long as they were not too powerful in presence, they would then dare to go up to them for a fight.
Such was the way of the ultra beasts’ life.
There were eight Demonscale Drakes taking on twenty Giant Mammoths. There were also several weaker ultra beasts joining the fight, taking on the Demonscale Drakes.
“Go!”
Qin Feng ordered his Demonscale Drake puppet and rushed into the battle.
After being converted into an undead puppet, Qin Feng’s Demonscale Drake’s presence had been completely changed. However, it still looked like a Demonscale Drake on the outside. Seeing this, the Giant Mammoths quickly turned and wanted to defeat it too.
Seeing this, Qin Feng raised a hand to summon a cloak of dark runes, which clouded the Giant Mammoths’ senses. In the next second, Qin Feng had passed by the Giant Mammoths and rushed to the Demonscale Drakes’ side.
Then, huge excruciating roars thundered in the area as Qin Feng unleashed his dark runes, killing a Demonscale Drake. And thus, Qin Feng had converted another Demonscale Drake into his undead puppet.
Qin Feng’s target was the Demonscale Drakes, not the Giant Mammoths. Of course, he was not here to help the Demonscale Drakes to defeat the Giant Mammoths too.
The Giant Mammoths unleashed powerful breaths from their trunks, blowing away the dark runes to recover their senses and sights. When they could finally see again, all that they saw was Qin Feng leading his undead Demonscale Drakes to take down the rest of the ultra beasts.
The Giant Mammoths immediately rejoined the battle without thinking twice.
Of course, there was no way that a combined force of these weaker ultra beasts and the Giant Mammoths could defeat Qin Feng. After all, Qin Feng had now gained eight more powerful undead Demonscale Drakes in his party.
Thus, Qin Feng slayed the Giant Mammoths with ease. After that, Qin Feng devoured the dead Giant Mammoths’ energies into his body, strengthening himself further.
In his home world, it was quite difficult for Qin Feng to ascend. If he wanted to get stronger, he would need to devour a great deal of energy.
Yet, right now, Qin Feng was able to get stronger and increase his powers in such a short time.
“Kill them all!”
Qin Feng led his undead minions to continue the onslaught onto the rest of the ultra beasts.
Booom!
A Giant Mammoth dropped dead to the floor as nineteen undead Demonscale Drakes worked together neatly to take on the rest of the ultra beasts: five of them were blocking the ultra beasts’ from aiding one another, three of them were doing crowd control to confuse their opponents while the rest of them attacked the ultra beasts that got singled out.
In half an hour, the battle had ended.
Blood could be seen everywhere in the snowy area. There were not many ultra beasts in the area; so, there was no more chaos occurring. However, Qin Feng was not satisfied with killing these ultra beasts.
“Undead Puppeteering!”
Qin Feng raised his hand and commanded twenty Giant Mammoths to rise from their deaths, joining his undead army. He did not really mind if he could not get their materials—the more undead minions under his employment, the safer he would be in this icy realm.
“Let’s go!”
Qin Feng led his undead legion and continued on with his expedition.
Meanwhile, at the ice cave, Qin Feng had gone out for half an hour and there was no more noise coming from outside. Hu San and the others thus came out from the cave to check it out.
“The battle has stopped!”
“There’s no ultra beast in sight!”
“But... just now we could hear the noises of battle very clearly! They must have fought here! Let’s search the area. Their bodies could be nearby.”
Although they were already S-tiers, the more realms they explored the more they realized just how weak and puny humans were. This had taught these S-tiers some humility—perhaps they had become too humble because right now all they could think of was just to recover some corpses from the aftermath of a battle.
It did not take long for them to find the battlefield—Qin Feng’s Demonscale Drake had left a clear trail of footprints in the snow.
And then, all they saw was frozen blood in the snow. And...
“No bodies! Not even one ultra beast’s corpse!”
“Could it be....?”
“But there’s no mistaking it! These ultra beasts were slain. Perhaps they have been harvested.”
And who could have done it? It was quite clear that it was Qin Feng who had done it.
However, as they explored the battlefield, they found even more footprints in the snow, leading to a new direction away from the scene. Qin Feng’s army had gotten bigger!
“This Qin Feng... he’s getting stronger by the day!” Hu San sighed.
Nangong Zeming nodded. “Perhaps it’s time to bring him into the alliance.”
Hu San nodded in agreement.
Beitang Gan’s jaw was rolling on the ground upon hearing that. Indeed, he was surprised as to how strong Qin Feng was and his means of controlling the dead. However, he did not expect Nangong Zeming to suggest that.
“Are you serious? It might not be a wise move... he’s just an A-tier!”
