Monarch of Darkness, Arsene

Chapter 491: Eroma - Golden Temptress

Chapter 491: Eroma - Golden Temptress

This is why I don't do girlfriends or side pieces. Women are scary! This bitch is tearing Zando apart so savagely.

Eroma is not going to die because of his dick!

Witnessing Aiza's elegant beauty and grace, which seemed to be so enchanting under her deadly pressure, little old me rose to attention. Finding a new targe... No! didn't I just promise myself not to die because of my dick? Stay away from crazy, you idiot.

"Uncle, I swear you are a savage. When will you learn?" Startling me where I hid, Arsene soon appeared from out of the shadows shaking his head dismissively.

"How?" I shockingly doubted, touching his shoulder; I could feel his divinity buzzing through the air.

Sene was not just a false god, but rather a peak one, on the verge of becoming a Deity. How?

"Bask, Uncle, bask in my glory. Let it melt over you, like snow. If you pray to me as your god, I may grant you power!" He claimed as if to be a prophet of sorts.

Rolling my eyes, I lowered my body a bit and hid closer behind an alleyway that gave me a picture-perfect view of everything. It was a bit cramped and dark, but it beats getting close to these kids, risking death for Sene without knowing it.

"So, what's the plan?"

"You're watching it; if Lynx dies, I win; if he leaves, his wrath will forever follow the Chosen." He calmly explained as we both focused upon the man hovering in all-black robes.

He was a tad short but muscular. To say he was handsome or ugly would also be a lie. Lynx. For all, I thought he was looked simple. Like a man, you would find anywhere on the street. There was a bit of charm to him, but nothing that would pull a woman's attention.

Baring Aiza's scornful stare, fear, and submissiveness reflected within Lynx's gaze as he didn't dare meet with the woman chilling eyes an arm's length away. A shame, if you ask me since the screams of Zando continued to thunder through the clouds. He was just about brain dead, but Yu Jing was not letting up.

"Will you pretend not to know it was my disciple you were attacking?" Aiza coldly announced, in a rushed tone, causing me to glance at Arsene.

"Seems things are looking up." He claimed. Smug as usual, "Let's listen and see all that will happen?"

"What was my disciple's crime, Lady Aiza." Lynx inquired flatly, clenching his fist.

"Crime? It's whatever crimes she says it is." Said Aiza with a scornful expression. "The better question is why you attacked my disciple? After sensing my medallion in the air."

Lynx, for all his fear, glanced up, a hint of defiance threatening to overflow. But somehow, this expression had caused Arsene to frown, "His mask is almost perfect. It seems the master is brighter than the one he raised."

"B-but of course," Lynx uttered, bowing his head, yet Aiza only drew closer, arching his head with her fingertip in a seductive light.

"You know my rule, right? " She hummed, with a familiar stare I was all too familiar with in Arsene. "What will it be? I hear your race holds two hearts in their chest."

Trailing her fingers down towards his heart, Aiza's gaze brewed like the coldest winter, turning Lynx so pale I knew he was no longer acting. She drew close to his ear and whispered something I simply could not hear.

"Did you think I did not know about all you have and own? Who do you think you work for. Who do you think supplies you? I own you, Lynx." Arsene suddenly transmitted into words with a smoldering glint.

Not bothering to be shocked anymore, Aiza's fingers slowly dug into Lynxs chest with the slightest bit of resistance. Raining small droplets of blood so profound, I knew if I stared, I risked soul damage the longer I stared.

Shuttering with sweat pouring from his brow, Lynx's expression reviled an ashen coldness I had never seen before. Watching the woman pulling his heart from his chest, he remained still, not daring to make a sound.

Holding his heart losing its rhythm, she pulled away, glancing down at the bloody gore of Zando, and waved to Yu Jing. "Head to my estate and get cleaned up."

Vanishing after a few words, Lynx followed behind, leaving our sight before I knew it. He had not even bothered to retrieve his disciple.

"Come on, let's go before something happens... Wait! I need that spear." Arsene suddenly exclaimed, snapping his fingers as the spear that brewed pestilence vanished into a wave of darkness. "Now, let's go."

Fleeing the scene of the crime, Arsene seemed rather jolly, as did I. Fighting was never my strong suit; booty was. Why fight when one can fuck their worries away.

"By the way, have you seen Yura? She is not responding to my messages" The ever so slight faith-full husband of the year inquired, albeit a little late.

"She said, something along the lines of breaking through in a familiar haven. I thought she entered the Pale Gate, but I don't think she did. Since I don't see those gates anywhere in the manner."

Sene's lips curled downward, then towards me. "Did she meet someone? You know, aside from the people I had in my room?"

"You talking about that smoking hot piece of ass, with that long black hair, and her friend with the golden eyes, that simply took my soul away and locked it up in a cell in heaven? To be touched by gods and angels for all eternity??" I snapped, shuttering to recall the golden enchantress that was so captivating creation seemed insignificant.

"Golden eyes? I do not believe I know any woman that has golden eyes like such." my nephew muttered, narrowing his gaze till the hairs upon my neck rose on end.

"Shall we then?" I offered as he nodded.

Bolting off the pavement in a zoom of light, Arsene and I made our way back to the manner. Barging in, Arsene ran straight upstairs to the Devils he kept hidden in his room. Trailing after him, my heart grew ablaze with jealousy.

'SENE!!!!" The Dark Goddess of Night, Adrienne wrapped her arms around Arsene's neck, smothering him in her twin mountains, stifling the breath out of him.

"Amateur." I bitterly announced, stomping down a bit childishly.

Totally ignored, Adrienne swung Sene around like he was the woman, and she the man. Placing him down, she pecked his cheek, "Good seeing you again!"

"Still affectionate is see."

"Hell no! Just in love, I just met the perfect woman a few weeks ago, and now I need to make the perfect proposal."
