"Thank you Senior" replied Zhu Xuan respectfully. Then he asked, "Senior, May I know your name?"

"My master named me Shen Long" replied calmly.

Zhu Xuan had a weird look on his face. He couldn't help but think, "Who would name a light bulb after a dragon". It was hard for him to not think like that.

He looked up and saw Will-o-wisp flaring with dark purple flame. He cursed himself for thinking like that knowing it can hear his thoughts. He was about to apologise, when it retorted at him, "I only chose this form because it consumes minimum energy when I appear in this form."

It didn't give him a chance to speak; it continued "Okay, since you received all the rewards, it's time for you to leave. When the mission is assigned, I will inform you. Off you go."

As soon as Will-o-wisp finished speaking, Zhu Xuan disappeared from the dimension. Will-o-wisp transferred into an old wan with white beard. He looked like a kind old man, but when you looked at his eyes, he had a sharp gaze that can pierce through your soul. He wondered, "This kid is too straightforward with his emotions. Not sure whether that is a good thing or bad thing for him in this world."

In the outside world, Zhu Xuan opened his eyes. He heaved a sigh of relief and cursed himself loudly "Why can't I bloody control my thoughts. Thank goodness Senior Long didn't act on his anger, or else I wouldn't have know how I died."

The snow tiger nearby opened its eyes, hearing the loud voice and transmitted a message to him "Why are you shouting like an Idiot boy?"

"Nothing Senior. I just thought of something and my emotions got the better of me" replied Zhu Xuan. He calmed himself and started thinking, If I go through the forest with my current strength, I am confident I won't leave the forest alive.

I need to at least reach blood purification stage to travel through the forest safely, and I also need to learn the Body transformation technique before leaving for Qinglu city. He needed more time and a safe place to train. He looked at the snow tiger that is lazily lying down.

He asked the Snow tiger respectfully, "Senior, will it be okay if I stay here for a while to cultivate?"

It opened its eyes, lifted its head and looked at him for a few moments, and then it transmitted a message with a single word "Payment"

He understood what it meant, it was asking for his blood. He cursed it in his mind "You are a big ass tiger demon beast, why are you acting like a shameless businessman".

But he replied with respect with a smile on his face, "Of course Senior, I will give the payment."

He cut his palm again and let the blood out. The snow tiger collected the blood and started purifying the blood by fire.

Zhu Xuan tied the injury in his hand with a cloth, and walked to a nearby tree. He sat under it, closed his eyes and started to read the mantra in detail.

After reading the mantra in detail and understanding fully how need to let the elemental Qi inside his body through certain channel pathways, he started meditating and absorbing the Qi in his body.

He needs to use the elemental Qi and blood of demon beasts to purify his bones and drive out the impurities from his bones. He found from the memory, that cultivators use Demon blood pills created by alchemists with the blood of demon beast and accompanying herbs to pacify the strong effects of blood of demon beasts. Thankfully, he found some Demon blood pills, Healing pills, elemental resources, and some gold coins in the pouches of the dead people who came along with him.

He absorbed the Qi and realised which seven elemental Qi was part of his Seven phases elemental roots; they are fire, water, wood, earth, metal, wind and lightning. He was actually very surprised to find lightning elemental Qi among the seven elemental Qi, though others are common, Lightning Qi belongs to the fifth rank elemental Qi. Now he was more confident he can go up against Second Prince if given enough time.

He calmed himself and concentrated on absorbing the Qi and purifying his bones using the mantra.

Five days passed by and Zhu Xuan was sitting below the tree in meditation.

There was a sudden BANG sound and Zhu Xuan's body emitted a powerful aura. He breathed deeply and opened his eyes. He had a sharp gaze.

He finally reached the blood purification stage. He looked down and found black impurities all over his body and he smelled horrible. He went to a creek nearby and washed himself clean and changed. He checked himself and he skin more fair than before; he felt refreshing and strong and free like he broke through a shackle.

"So this is how it feels to enter into the fourth stage of body purification" exclaimed happily.

"But this is still slow, I need to improve my cultivation further and become strong, if I need to be safe in the Qinglu city, and I'm also running out of Demon Blood Pills" he thought to himself with a wry smile. If anyone heard his thoughts, they would be so angry they will chase him to the end of the Earth to kill him. Usually cultivators took years to reach fourth stage, even Second Prince, Zhu Lang who is considered as a genius, took 2 years to get to fourth stage from first stage. Yet, he took only five days to get from second stage to fourth stage and he has the nerve to say he is slow in cultivation.

"Okay, it's time for me to learn auxiliary techniques". He searched his memory and found only one auxiliary technique which was learned by this body's predecessor. It's a fist technique named Blazing flame fist. It is a basic fist technique learned by cultivators who activated Fire elemental roots, which concentrates fire elemental Qi in the fist and fire with a powerful force, and burn their victims.

He understood why the previous Zhu Xuan only had this basic technique. With his standing in the clan, he could only acquire a basic auxiliary technique. "Well, this is better than nothing. I need to familiarise myself with this technique to protect myself in danger, and I also have to learn body transformation technique. Once I learn both of these techniques, I will return to Qinglu city."

Another two days passed by in a wink.

Zhu Xuan was standing in front of a tree. He concentrated his Fire Qi to his fist; red flames started surrounding his fist, the size of a basketball. He retracted his hands and punched with all his force at the tree. The tree blasted in two, and the point it blasted into was still burning form the fire.

He felt satisfied with the results he acquired in the last two days. When he started practising the blazing flame fist, it only formed a single layer of light orange flame around his fist. Now after two days of practising, it is like a bonfire around his fist with a red coloured flame. it improved significantly in the past two days.

He then turned his attention to the body transformation technique. He came up with an issue with this technique when he started practising it.

Body transformation technique can only be practised based on your cultivation level in body purification stages.

With his current fourth stage, he can only change his bone to change his facial structure and body to certain extent. But, people who know him well, can still realise that it was him. To change his face, and body muscles to look different, he needs to reach seventh stage, muscle purification stage. He further found, when he reaches the peak of body purification technique, he can even change his complexion, hair and eye colours.

"It is such an exquisite technique to change even hair and eye colour" Zhu Xuan exclaimed. But with not able to practice further in body transformation technique, he needs to put a hold of his plan of returning to Qinglu city. He needs to reach the seventh stage now before leaving for Qinglu city.

He thought of something and became depressed when he remembered the other problem he faced, which is giving him a headache.
