30 Dusk
A boy was sitting down beneath a tree with closed eyes in an orphanage. He was avoided by all the other orphans yet the boy himself did not seem to mind it. He just kept on what it seemed to be like thinking to himself.
A little girl gathered her courage before going up to the little boy. Stuttering she asked.
"H-hey Ark... do you wanna play with us?"
The boy finally opened his eyes and gave a warm smile.
"Thanks but it's alright. I'm just a bit tired so you can go play with the others. Tell them I said hi."
The little girl deflated like a leaking balloon.
"O-ok..."
Th girl walked away back to her friends with a depressed face.
A voice started to speak to the boy.
(???) Why do you constantly push others away?
It's not really a good reason.
(???) So what is it?
They don't understand me so it's hard for me to play with them.
(???) So why not explain yourself?
Too much effort, and anyways I have you.
(???) ...
The boy closed his eyes once more.
Lets talk.
(???) about what?
Anything.
(???)...
The sky gently rustled the leaves above the boy and the clouds lazily floated around like jellyfish.
What does it feel like to be inside my head all the time?
(???) ... It feels like drifting in an empty black swimming pool with the only scourge of light being random flashes of what you see.
Don't you wish to go out?
(???) every day, every hour, every minute, and every minute of my life.
The boy went silent before opening his eyes revealing a determined gaze.
Well then, I will give you a chance to see and experience the world for yourself.
The voice laughed with a humorous yet bitter laugh.
(???) How will you do that?
I do not know, but I will do it. We will sit together, eat together, get rich together.
(???) How exactly will you do that, you can't give me a body.
Then I will make you a TV inside my brain for you to see out of, I'll give you a dining room so we can eat together, I'll create a world where we can sit together as the only rulers of that domain.
I will create a throne for both of us.
The voice went silent.
(???) Why do all this for a voice that might not even exist?
"Because you are my twin, my brother, and my only family."
The boy didn't mind the weird gazes that were sent his way for speaking out of the blue to no one. He just blocked them out.
(???) I hope you succeed that dream of yours, that wish of creating our throne room.
The boy exited from the shade of the tree and gazed towards the heavens, seeing the endless expanse of blue.
"It isn't mine, but ours."

"This..."
Ark glanced around the room still in disbelief.
"That... that is the TV we talked about?"
"Yes."
"Can you see out of it."
"Very clearly, although it can only show what your eyes see. Can't change it to birds eye view or third person which makes sense cause this is a result of our oculus."
"This is the dinning table that we imagined."
"It also can manifest food, however, it has no nutrition value and has to be made via ourselves unless we wanna eat raw ingredients."
"Banana."
A yellow banana appeared in Ark's hand.
"Amazing, it feels like a banana too."
"And these are our thrones."
Ark saw three wooden chairs that surrounded the big table looking small and lonely.
"It's not much too looks at."
Ark was expecting something bigger, sturdier, and godlier.
"You haven't seen the best part."
EA guided Ark towards the chair and pointed at the back. That's when Ark realized he had missed something.
There were engravings on each of the chairs that made it unique. The middle throne had the engravings of a child sitting under a tree that lead into a carving of a child running away from hands. Right below that was a calm boy staring out the window of an attic. At the very bottom was a portrait of a girl in a simple dress.
The throne to the left held as much engravings but were entirely made up of engravings showing a boy floating around curled up like a baby.
The very last one had a lot less engravings that showed a girl hugging a boys head.
"The chairs engrave our memories."
"Not quite, just the memories that have impacted us the most."
EA pointed at leftmost throne.
"This symbolizes me in your head floating around. Yours shows you running away and resting under trees which is where you would calm down as a child."
"Who does the last throne represent?"
EA made a sour face and was about to answer when a familiar feminine voice answered instead.
"That would be me being gifted to you sir."
Ark froze and turned around facing the owner of the voice. He started to tremble.
"I-I-is that you Dawn?"
"Dawn at your service."
In front of Ark was a slender teenage girl about the same age as Ark. She had golden hair, electric blue eyes, and a face that radiated coldness. She was gorgeous.
Ark leaned towards EA and whispered.
"Is it just me or does she resemble a cold intimidating princess?"
"It's not just you, she seems very unapproachable, I think I would get electrocuted if I pissed her off."
"Would you like to try it? I will happily demonstrate my abilities on you since you seem so fond of insulting me in front of Ark's presence."
"WHY ME? ARK INSULTED YOU TOO!"
"He didn't insult me, he called me a princess."
A light blush crept up on her emotionless face causing Dawn to look even more gorgeous.
"THIS IS BIAS!"
"I do not care."
Ark faced the bickering duo with an exasperated expression.
"You guys still don't get along."
"Who the hell would get along with this virus."
"I refuse to accept this fake clone as an equal."
"YOU WANNA GET DELETED YOU SHITTY MALWARE PROGRAM?"
"It belittles me to even talk to you. Go shut up in a ditch please."
"I REFUSE!"
Seeing that a full out war was about to blow up in his head, Ark tried his best to calm thing down.
"EA and Dawn, lets try to be peaceful, it is the first time we've seen each other after all."
"Hmph."
"As you wish."
Ark gave a weird look at the two.
"EA."
"What."
"Don't you think it's a bit weird calling you EA?"
"Yeah, now that you mention it it seems weird to be called evil Ark."
Ark grinned.
"So you wanna new name?"
"Yeah, give me something good."
"I have the perfect name."
"What?"
"How about... Dusk?"
