The Revenge Turned To Love

Chapter 107 - The Truth- Part 2

Mishi never in her life thought that the girl whom she believed would do such a thing- murder her parents. She wasn't ready to believe this so she turned her face to Xian. "I think Xian you've misunderstood her. I mean why would she kill.....why." Unable to speak further, she broke into tears. Xian embraced her in a hug.

Mishi held his arms tightly. "Lan Zhan has investigated this. They are behind the bars. Bai Lao took your signs the day your parents died. Lui Lan had planned this a long time ago. He was a manager in SJM. Uncle used to trust him a lot. He wanted that company so he took your signs but your father never shifted the entire SJM in your name. Your uncle's signature was important so he saved the company.

Lui Lan was blackmailing your uncle saying he would kill you. So, he decided to take over the company. He became the chairman, threw you and your siblings out. The reason that you never got a single job was because Lui and Bai never want you to grow up." Xian narrated the entire incident to Mishi who was numbed to hear this.

Xian lovingly caressed her back and said, "Sorry, even I did wrong to you." Mishi shook her head in refusal. Tears weren't leaving her eyes. She gently leaned back and looked into Xian's eyes.

"Bai was like my sister. I never thought she would do such a thing. Xian, why did she do this? My parents treated her as their own daughter. Xian, my heart it's clenching after knowing this truth. The person whom I trusted more than anyone took everything from me. Throughout these years I saw my uncle as a murderer but actually protected me and my siblings."

Mishi's voice was cracking. No matter how many times she wiped her eyes but those tears aren't ready to stop. Mishi got up from the bed and walked towards the closet on the right side when she felt a severe pain in her head. She looked around and before she could turn to Xian she fell on the floor there.

"Mishi," shouted Xian and ran towards her. He put her head on his arm and tried waking her up. Seeing her condition, Xian's heart was ached. He carried her in his arms and made her lay down on the bed and immediately went to the table near the sofa to grab his phone.

"Hello! Please come to my home as quick as possible," mumbled Xian and cut the call. He went to Mishi and sat beside him. Taking her one soft hand in her hand Xian mumbled, "Sorry, to give you this much pain. But I thought you must know this truth." He then kissed her hand and touched her cheeks from the back of his palm. Mishi was burning up from the fever.

"Mishi, " whispered Xian when a teardrop unknowingly fell from his eye. "I promised you that I won't bring a single tear in your eyes. But I wanted you to know this truth else you would always be in an illusion." Xian murmured under his breath. He put the blanket over Mishi and gently put away the hair strands which come onto her face.

"She has taken something in her mind which made her condition like this. Well, I'm giving fever reducer medicine. She will be fine, don't worry." The doctor assured Xian and got up from the chair. Mark showed the way out to the doctor.

After 5 minutes, Mark came back and saw Xian still holding Mishi's hand in his. He patted on his shoulder. "I told her the truth. Look now at her condition." Xian mumbled in a broken voice.

"Mishi trusted Bai more than anyone. It must be difficult for her. If you will behave like this then who will take care of her," mumbled Mark. "Give her the medicine. Her fever will reduce," murmured Mark.

Xian tore the wrap of the medicine and took out a pill. He put the water in a glass from the jar and gently raised Mishi's head. He then made her take the medicine. "Mom is coming today. Aunt has recovered fully so I'm going to pick her up from the airport. Ahh, one more thing. Chang will be here in 5 minutes or so. They have come back," mumbled Mark.

"Chang? How will he react when he knows about this?," stuttered Xian.

"I told him already, one and a half months ago. I thought he must know," murmured Mark. Xian turned to look at him. "Don't look at me with those eyes. Chang was searching the truth of his parents' murder and he told me. I then told him everything." Stated Mark and said, "I should leave else mom will get angry." Saying this he left from there.

Xian was sitting beside Mishi and caressing her forehead when Chang knocked at the door. Xian turned his eyes to the door. Chang entered the room and looked at her sister.

"She must be hurt," murmured Chang and sat on the chair. Xian nodded and tried getting up when Chang said, " Sisi, needs you so stay with her. She is strong in everything but this thing makes her weak. Well family always makes a person weak."

"What about you? How could you be so calm?," asked Xian. Chang smiled hearing him. "Dad always told me that I have to take care of my two sisters keeping a smile on my face. Indeed it hurts but then if I will cry then Sisi and Chunhua will become weak seeing me. I told Chunhua about this too so you don't have to worry. We both were more worried when Sisi didn't know the truth. She's our everything so before her we both can't get weak," mumbled Chang.

"I'm going to freshen up," saying this Chang walked away from the room.

In the late noon, Mishi gained consciousness. She felt a warm embrace of someone and it was Xian. "Are you okay?," mumbled Xian and then touched her forehead. He checked her fever. "Almost gone," murmured Xian.

Mishi got up when Xian pulled her and her back touched his chest. "Don't move. I'm your other half. Won't you tell me what's going on in your mind?," murmured Xian.

Mishi rested her head on Xian's firm chest. Xian was holding her both hands and was rubbing them gently.

"I want to meet them. I have many questions in my head which I want to ask them. Will you come with me?," mumbled Mishi.

"Hmm," mumbled Xian. "I know how much you trusted them. Let's go there tomorrow. Today you will only take rest," murmured Xian.

"Chang- Chunhua...how will I tell them?," murmured Mishi.

"They both know. They are good. Don't worry about them," mumbled Xian. Mishi blinked her eyes. "Mark told Chang a month and half ago. Chang then told Chunhua," murmured Xian.

"When did you find this?," asked Mishi.

"The day I met your grandma. I'm sorry I never told you because she told me so. She told me that Mr Yaixi can never kill his brother and you've misunderstood everything. Your uncle wanted this too. Lan Zhan was finding every single linkage to this case. But then you disappeared for two years so he stopped the investigation.

When we divorced after that I thought to clear away every single thing from our way so that you can't make any excuse to run away from me. Like Yin blackmailed you so you thought not to come to me so similarly I thought that Bai can do this to you. But I never thought she and her husband were behind this. While investigating we found out everything that they were the one who killed your parents which are now my parents too." Xian explained everything to her.

Mishi tightened her grip on Xian's hands. "It's painful, Xian. I trusted the wrong person. I'm the reason for their demise. I will never be able to look into my own eyes. How will I face my siblings?" Mishi again broke down saying this.

Xian made her look at him. He cupped her face in his hands and with his thumbs wiped off tears from her face. "Your heart is pure, who sees only kindness and love towards others. It's not your fault Mishi. Don't blame yourself for these things. You are the reason everyone's life blooms like a flower. So, from now on you won't say things like that." Xian made Mishi understand and then placed his lips on her forehead giving her a gentle kiss.
